Great location and quiet at night, but too hot in summer！
Pros:

The location was excellent, very close to the station. My room faced the back of the building, so it was quiet at night. On the positive side, the convenient location allowed me to enjoy early-morning runs to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.

Cons:

I stayed during the extreme heat in July, and the fan provided was not powerful enough to keep the room comfortable.

Zklamání
Pros:

Dobra poloha

Cons:

Vybavení bylo velmi opotřebované, v koupelně plíseň , není zde klimatizace-obrovsky hluk z ulice, snídaně každý den stejné-nic teplého , nejhorší byla stará měkká postel

It met my needs, comfortable and clean, and very convenient to Gare St Lazare
Pros:

Room had most of the necessaries, clean, bed comfy.
Necessaries there, no fuss.
Lots of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Bathroom very small - a bigger person would have difficulty!
Decor very gloomy - and past its use-by date...

Location was almost perfect, bit loudy, but ok. Receptionists were also nice and profesional.
