The location was awesome for my purpose of staying, breakfast which we paid extra for wasn’t bad too.

Cons:

The room wasn’t renovated in a long time, you could see hod damaged was the furniture and the most important and only reason we couldn’t enjoy our staying was that during the night we were unable to sleep at night due to extremely loud noises and we could hear every person walking down the stairs, walking on the floor above or anyone walking to the stairs.

Creo que Booking debería de ser cuidadoso con los hoteles a los que inscribe porque esto desprestigia su marca.
Las personas del servicio estaban hablando todo el tiempo por teléfono. Parecía que atendernos era la última de sus prioridades. La habitación estaba sucia y el baño peor. Decidimos no quedarnos a pesar de ya haberlo pagado. Así de grave estaba la situación.
Cuando llegué a recoger mi equipaje en la noche para escapar de esa pesadilla había dos hombres en la recepción y el recepcionista hablaba por teléfono. Nunca me atendió y los hombres daban miedo, como si fueran de una mafia.

L'hôtel était calme avec un bon emplacement. Le service était agréable, mais le fais qu'on ai changé de chambre

L'emplacement, on a pas mal de chose à voir à coter.

Cons:

On avait une bonne chambre avec une belle vue sur la rue. Mais on nous a changé de chambre pour des travaux dans l'après-midi pour au final la chambre sous donner à quelqu'un d'autre 2h plus tard. En résumé ils ont donné la chambre à quelqu'un d'autre pour nous donner une chambre avec aucune vue sur rien et on ne pouvait pas aérer.

Well connected, it’s an old building but very clean, they changed towels every day; the staff super helpful and kind.

It’s not exactly the property fault, but on the description of the hotel, when we booked it said “air conditioning” while there’s no AC in the whole building. At first we were given a room on the 5th floor and it was super hot! But the staff was very helpful and gave us a room on the first floor, facing the garden and that, plus a rainy day, helped a lot and we could enjoy our stay

Je regrette d’avoir pris les 2 nuits de notre séjour Parisien dans cet hôtel.
Nous avons passés 2 nuits, très mauvaises.
Il y a aucune isolation et nous entendons TOUT ce qui se passe à côté, sans parler des murs qui sont sales et de la chambre en elle même, qui laisse à désirer.
Je n’ai jamais vu un tel hôtel et pourtant j’ai voyagé.
Déçue aussi du petit déjeuner.
Je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel si vous voulez vous reposer le soir et la nuit, après de longue journée de marche et de visite de la ville.

L’hôtel n’est également pas climatisé, j’aurais dû lire les avis avant de cliqué sur réserver.
C’est dommage car je le trouve plutôt bien situé, mais il y a trop de choses négatifs et non négligeable en mon sens.
