Hotel Kyriad Paris 10 Canal Saint Martin

Fabulous stay! Hotel was in a great location next to the canals. Lots of places to eat and drink around and a lovely Boulangerie almost next door. The bed was big and very comfortable. The only issue was having only one pillow each. We asked for extra before going to dinner and they promised to put them in the room but didn’t. The night receptionist said there was none left but eventually found one. Also whilst showering the next morning the shower gel was empty and had no be refilled, the tea and coffee station had also not be replenished and there was only 1 sachet of decaf coffee and no milk or caffeinated coffee/tea.

Very comfortable, staff very amiable and helpful. Excellent breakfasts!

We were a little unsure of the area when we originally got to the hotel because we were coming in from Gare de l’Est on a Saturday night, but this ended up being a great place to stay, though a little smaller than we expected (but we also got the economy room very last minute, so this is not on the hotel this was on us). The staff were helpful and kind, the hotel is two blocks away from Canal St. Martin, there’s an awesome bakery right on the corner, and there are a ton of great restaurants and parks near by. My only complaint is that the door/walls are a little thin so you can hear some stuff in other rooms and I woke up startled by doors closing in the hallway, so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend earplugs. Also a funny side point - the candy at the front desk is so good. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel for price no complaints and easy to find pretty central for metro too

Very good location and rooms were smart. However, all 3 rooms we had were the same price but certainly not the same size. We even questioned this and were told by the man at the front desk we were mistaken, but upon looking at the fire exit map it is clear that all rooms near the lifts are significantly smaller than the other rooms. This is bad practice and rates of these rooms should be reviewed due to lack of size and noise. One of the rooms was right near the lift on the second floor and there was constant noise from 6am which disturbed one of our parties sleep. The showers also need some significant improvements as they mist you rather than wash you. I would stay in the area but not this hotel again.

We stayed for a weekend. The area is good. There are supermarkets cafés bistro restaurants bakery metro station nearby. Place de la République is 10 min walking. The staff was very kind. The room was clean and warm.

It’s being renovated, no elevator, AC doesn’t work, the street is dirty!!!

For the one night I stayed and as a solo traveler, it was fine. The wifi didn’t work, the property was deep in construction and dust everywhere (pretty sure I could smell it through the night which was rough) , the bed wasn’t great, and the room was incredibly small. Again, for one night just needing a place to stay it was fine, but also felt overpriced for how limited the room and hotel felt. Was mostly paying for location (?) and a place to rest my head.

The room was small but very nice and clean. Bathroom is modern, very nice. The location to the main sights via Uber is far and encountered a lot of traffic. Upon check in, there was an ongoing repair. Strong smell of paint. We were not informed that there was no water supply until 5 pm and the next day too from 11 am to 5 pm. Only when i went down to the reception to ask why there’s no water that the guy pointed to the paper notice about the water interruption. When we checked out at past 5 am the reception was so dark, all lights off. Not staying at this hotel again. Not recommending it to our family & friends.

Checked in around midnight, went to our room and 2 mins later there was a knock on the door to say we'd been given the wrong room. Back down stairs, into another building, change keys and up to another room. You can hear the noise in the corridors and the next morning I was woken up by the next door's phone alarm vibrating. Marks on the bed sheets. Bathroom was clean. Not used before, not worth the 100 +euros.

Helt ok. Lugnt område från trafik. Frukost ok. Rumen små och varma. Mögel i duschen. Trångt vid toan. Lite dyrt för för denna standard som erbjuds. Sköna sängar men lite fläckar på sängkläderna.

I received wonderful help and recommendation with a medical/dental situation upon check-in.

Floors were dirty and did not get cleaned during the stay. The bed has ciggerate hole and big stains.

Clean and nice hotel in a wonderful area of Paris. Comfy beds. Nice staff. Slow wifi occasionally but not a big issue for us. Stayed here before and will do so again.

Lovely neighbourhood. Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable bed. I will come back to stay here again. The only negative thing about this hotel is that the wifi is very slow.
