Great location! So close to all the main attractions and tons of lovely cafes, restaurants, bakeries with mins walking distance. Love the attention to details of the hotel. They literally provide all the things you’d need in the hotel. The espresso machine and pods are great bonus if you’d like a quick coffee in the room. The Clarins products being provided in the bathroom is great! We loved them. It’s super clean and bed was very comfortable. The room is small but it’s standard size in Paris. Very pretty room.
The room is quite dark as no lights comes in from the window.

This was very disspointung. Unfortunately, We found the team’s conduct to be unprofessional and unaccommodating. During our interactions, the communication was challenging, and the staff seemed unwilling to assist with clear requests. As a customer, we expected a higher level of service and attentiveness.
The hotel has a very good location, and the room itself was comfortable and pleasant. Unfortunately, my overall experience was overshadowed by the way I was treated by one member of the reception staff.
During Couture Fashion Week, I was preparing for a luxury fashion show and had my professional makeup artist and hairstylist come to my room to get me ready. This is a completely normal practice in luxury hotels around the world, and I have never experienced any issues before.
Unfortunately, one receptionist reacted in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. She raised her voice at me, spoke to me disrespectfully, and repeatedly threatened to cancel my reservation and make me leave the hotel if I did not agree with her. I found this behavior completely unacceptable and intimidating.
As a paying guest, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was not consistent with the level of hospitality I expect from a hotel.

The location was good and the Wi-Fi was okay
There’s no housekeeping at this hotel, and the staff is rude. During my stay, I accidentally broke a bottle of water in the bathroom. I went downstairs to ask the staff for a vacuum cleaner or to have housekeeping come up, but they had neither.
What kind of hotel doesn’t have a vacuum cleaner or housekeeping available? They offered no solution and didn’t move me to another room. As a result, I couldn’t shower and had to leave the hotel in the middle of the night.
So please be aware: there are much better options out there.
