Location/neighborhood was quite and nice, away from traffics.
The hospitality, the service, the room was dirty and smelly. The washroom wasn't cleaned properly, floor disgusting, beddings was not changed, everything smells bad-curtains, Hvac, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, beddings and pillows. OMG!
Personne ne m’a dit que le déjeuner terminait une heure plus tôt le lundi alors je n’ai pas pu manger.
Location. Had a fridge and microwave available
Air conditioner did not work. Remote did not work with tv. Chair was old with no springs. Mattress was stained. Maid tried to walk in during the late afternoon. Had to go up a stairwell that did not feel safe in order to get to the room.

We liked the room, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant, a nice quiet hotel, very reasonable for the price.
Not far from the bluffs, a nice place to walk with some great views.
We did not like, that there were very few drinking facilities in the room, only a small coffee filter machine, only coffee available in the room, no tea & not much milk or sugar, or a kettle , other than that, very nice.
I was pleasantly surprised as the property was renovated in the last few years. It was also good that breakfast was provided.
I have not lived in Toronto for over 20 years. This hotel was the best priced but was in the east end of the city. I had to spend a lot of time on the road to visit my friends'homes.
Clean room. Very small breakfast but fine. Decent location. Lots of parking. Easy check in check out. Clean bathroom.
I personally can’t think of anything. Maybe a small restaurant and a hot tub?
C’était calme. L’emplacement était bien, près de beaucoup de fast-food et à environ 20 minutes du centre-ville.
Nous sommes arrivée le dimanche. Nous avons fait notre check-in, payé notre chambre et le dépôt de garanti. Nous avons fait notre check-out de l’hôtel le mardi avec la confirmation que le dépôt sera remboursé dans 3-5 jours, à ce moment-là c’est correct. Cependant, le mercredi ils ont commencer à annuler et faire des ajouts sur ma carte de crédit. Déposer 150$, pour le reprendre, annuler le dépôt de 200$ pour prélevé 350$. Aujourd’hui, je suis encore en attente qu’il régularise la situation.
