The hotel is beautifully maintained, with excellent facilities, attractive outdoor areas and a lovely beach. Housekeeping was outstanding, and the room was always spotless and well supplied.
The restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and genuinely guest-oriented. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great selection and high-quality products.
A particular highlight was the spa. I had two Thai massages with a therapist named Partona, and they were among the best Thai massages I have ever experienced, including in Thailand. Absolutely exceptional!
The street-facing rooms are extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. Unfortunately, the reception staff were not always particularly welcoming or solution-oriented. When I requested a room change, the only alternative offered was a suite costing approximately €7,000 extra per week.
Although the restaurants have beautiful settings and excellent service, the food quality did not always justify the high prices. At the Sunday buffet, premium meats were prepared too far in advance and became dry from prolonged warming. I was also disappointed by the value of a €200 lobster dish.
Overall, the hotel is rather expensive for the level of quality and consistency delivered.

Sehr gutes, vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr agenehmes Ambiente im ganzen Hotel. Sehr schöne Bar. Strand direkt beim Hotel und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schönes Gym mit modernen Geräten und Freihantelbereich. Vor allem aber ist die Service Excellence im GESAMTEN Hotel hervorragend, sei es an der Reception, beim Concierge, Bedienung an der Bar oder im Restaurant. Ausgesprochen freundliches und sehr gästeorientiertes Personal! So ausgeprägt noch nie erlebt. War zum 2. Mal dort (erstmals 2023) und wieder war das Erlebnis „outstanding“. Grosses Bravo und Dankeschön!

המיטה גדולה ומפנקת אבל המזרון היה קשיח מדי ולא לטעמנו. בנוסף, איכות השידור בטלויזיה ירודה (שידור נתקע וברזולוציה נמוכה) דבר שלא מתאים לסדר גודל של מלון כזה.
