מלון ברמה טובה, הצוות מקסים ועשה הכל על מנת שהשייה שלנו תהיה נעימה. חגגנו כולנו יום הולדת עגול - והמלון פינק אותנו בעוגות ושמפנייה לכל החדרים. בכל יום חיכתה לנו הפתעה חדשה. וגם צוות שירות וניקיון מעל ומעבר - הצוות ראה שהיו בלונים בחדר אז סידר לנו על המיטה מיצג פרחים ומגבות ממש חמודים. גם הספא היה מושלם ומאוד נהנינו מהטיפולים שם.

Cons:

היה חסר מעט אווירה בבריכה או בחוף - אין בכלל מוזיקה. לחופשה רוצנטית אולי מתאים השקט אנחנו חיפשנו מעט יותר אווירה. המלון כן מאוד מתאים למשפחות וזוגות. המיקום מעט מרוחק מהמרכז והכל במרחקים ומוניות. מסעדות ברמה טובה יש מקום לשיפור.

We had an unforgettable family vacation at the Four Seasons Hotel in Cyprus. The level of service and hospitality is simply exceptional, and it is clear that the staff pays attention to every single detail, no matter how small.

We were especially moved by the warm and caring attitude towards our two daughters. The staff knew exactly how to approach them and made them feel like important and welcome guests throughout our entire stay.

But above all, we want to give a special mention and a heartfelt thank you to Daisy. Daisy made us feel like we had a true friend inside the hotel, someone who personally took care of every little detail for us and made sure everything was nothing short of perfect. Her care, professionalism, and personal touch made all the difference and truly elevated our vacation.
