Beautiful hotel, great location
Pros:

My husband and I had never stayed here before, what a beautiful hotel! We had a river view room that was huge and spotless, all staff we encountered were just the friendliest, and the breakfast was fantastic (one of the best we'd had). We will definitely book there again and try out the bar and other amenities it had.

Pros:

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel is very clean, with a good layout. Easily located off the highway near the downtown area. The place had a good vibe.

Cons:

Breakfast was OK. It was hot and had a nice variety, but lacking. Processed eggs and home fries. Coffee was good. No brewed decaf coffee available

The bedroom size was good and the bed is comfortable the place is clean and smells good very close to the shopping centr

Cons:

No swimming pool and the buffet breakfast should be the guest have the freedom to get the amount of food we can finish and the pancake maker was not working.
In the toilet there is no safety rubber mat
on the tub to use it’s quiet not safety

Staff are super friendly from the front desk, breakfast staff and cleaning crew

Cons:

Miss having the old coffee machine in the room. I don't enjoy that new coffee machine. I enjoy sitting having a coffee,before I get ready for the day. I brought my own as I really like staying at the Chateau. Only thing I don't like about the hotel.
