Our room was clean and adequate, but the general facility is dated and a little beat up. Staff was nice and hard workers

For the price it’s not bad I would definitely stay again there .

We will not be staying there anymore.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. Right in the middle of Branson theater district.

Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel for 3 yrs in a row now. And every year it seems to get a little worse. The room was very dirty, the electric outlet cover was off and would spark when we would try to plug in our phone chargers, the mini refrigerator was very loud and wobbly when you open the door it would almost fall off the dresser, the air conditioner was set to 65 but felt like 75 and the bathroom door knob was falling off and the bed sunk in in the middle. I went to the desk to inform them and they had us switch rooms. Our new room was also not very clean, the toilet never stopped running and sometimes would not flush and the bed also sink in the middle and later realized the middle supports were just laying on the floor under the bed. The breakfast was nasty. Worse than cafeteria food.

Location staff and lunch/dinner was awesome.

Cons:

No trash can in room asked cleaning lady she said. “Well IDK why you need one but ok.” Gave me a trash BAG. Had to hag it up in “closet door”.

Pros:

Staff was super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Pictures definitely made the resort seem better than it actually was. The building is run-down, the pool was a lot smaller than the pics and needed paint and heat. The mattresses need replaced. Parking lot is a disaster for getting back and forth.

Prime location! Everything is super close, walking distant or a quick uber trip away.
Staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

House keeping should be mandatory - Every second day.
Rooms should have atleast own microwave and toaster.
Breakfast is the same thing every day.
