Pros:

When checking in, the staff seemed somewhat put out that I requested a room key for both myself and my wife. He told me that the hotel was short on room keys and not to tell anyone else that I was getting 2 room keys. There was no fan in the restroom, so when taking a shower the entire room turned into a sauna, all the external windows fogged over. My wife did not like the pillows, however, I thought the pillows were fine.

Pros:

Stay for 4 nights to go to a few shows. hotel was nice, room was clean . A few negatives was a small issue took 3 calls over 2 days to get rectified. I know the front desk is instructed to push their other properties, but we were in Branson for probably a one time visit and do not travel a lot, so we declined all offers.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The hotel itself was rundown along with the properties around the hotel.

Pros:

Nick at the front desk was pleasant and very helpful. He is the reason for three stars instead of two. While the main areas of the hotel are updated and clean, the room was not. The mattresses lacked mattress cover. The sheets were so thin you could film the pills on the lumpy mattresses. The bathroom was as clean as could be given the age of the shower and fixtures. The shower had mold and the shower curtain smelled of mildew. No microwave in the room but a common use one in the hallway. Is this a college dorm? We were also put off by the styrofoam cups and plates used for the buffet breakfast.

Pros:

This hotel is deeply in need of a top to bottom renovation. The rooms are dated, worn out, and dirty. The staff tried to hard sell me into a time share presentation at check in, which was so awkward and off-putting. I paid extra for an "upgraded" room and it looked like it had been upgraded about 20 years ago. Mold everywhere. It's a great location. The hotel could be really nice with a multi million renovation, but as of now I would recommend not staying there.

Pros:

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The helped us order tickets for a show and made my mom laugh telling her how sweet and kind she was.
The staff helping during breakfast were so very prompt when refilling food and also quick to keep things tidy.
