other than what I put above on what was going on with The Resort it was OK. Manager was nice. Got me great seats to the
Pros:

Price, location

Cons:

My room was in rough shape- I paid for a upgrade and my up grade wasn't worth it. Room was not that clean, ceiling was in rough shape so is the furniture. Water pressure there was none that seemed like it was barely streaming. And the lady that delivered the playpen and a set of towels just walked into the room . She did not but just comes on and doesn’t wait for anybody to come answer door. And breakfast was not that good. The sausage and tater tots were the only things that was good. The powder eggs were runny and gross. And those biscuits were hard as a rock.

Pros:

Chris in the Bar was very nice.

Cons:

The front desk did not give me the room I paid for . I paid for Xtra sq ft corner room but I got a smaller room with the scenery of the nasty trash outside ,the empty parking lot being on 2 and floor. I've stayed at thousand hill before many times and am always happy, But this time was disappointing.

Always welcoming and accommodating!
Pros:

This was our 2-3 time staying here! We love the location, it’s close to the outlet mall and everything we like to do! Our room had a view of the aquarium fountain which had a nice light show at night time! The pool has adult hours 10-midnight which was nice to not have to listen to kids screaming and splashing water everywhere! Breakfast was complementary from our check in host. The place that hosts breakfast also is a restaurant in the evening! Definitely recommend trying them out!

Cons:

No complaints!

Very diapppointed
Pros:

Suite space and location were positives. We appreciated that our suite was spacious and situated away from other guests, offering a quieter experience than the rest of the hotel. Also the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast quality was poor. The buffet offered a limited selection, with lukewarm oatmeal and runny eggs. There was no fresh fruit—only canned—and no bagels, bread, or pastries. Only one type of yogurt was available, and it tasted plain.
Water pressure was inadequate. The shower produced only a trickle, making it difficult to use.
Noticeable smoke odor and dated facilities. The property smelled like smoke, and the overall condition suggested a lack of updates, including older televisions and remotes.
Limited housekeeping during the stay. Rooms were not serviced daily, although we were told we could request items such as clean towels.
Sparse in-room kitchen amenities. Our suite included a kitchen but was minimally stocked—no utensils or plates, with only four mugs and two wine glasses provided.

Do not stay at this hotel
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location was good

Cons:

Very old and outdated rooms. The bathtub was disgusting. Breakfast buffet food was horrible. The stuff told us to book our shows and attractions through them and that it would save us money. Come to find out it ended up costing us 50 more than if we booked at the actual sites. They are liars and this place was gross.
