Pros:

No beauty surrounding this building. There are not several pools at this supposed resort. Our extra room and balcony did not exist! It was my bday and 5 of my friends traveled as far as from Alaska to celebrate with me in Branson Missouri. We talked in person to a lady , explained our goal, and she assured us a wonderful stay. There was blood leftovers in our bathroom. Dirty towels on bathroom floor. Candy wrappers on floor between the 2 full size beds, for 5 women all over the age of 55. And then we could not get into another hotel for our total of 4 days together. And ended up sleeping in our rental vehicle for the first 2 days , so exhausted and dirty, we decided we should all return to our families and homes, back in each of our home states. It was a horrible experience. And Booking.com spoke with their manager Steve, and they agreed upon a full refund to us, since we were only there for a few minutes, before exiting their establishment, but only refunded a portion of our money, and when I called Steve about the refund not being paid back in full, he said maybe they paid it in 2 payments, so give it a couple of more days and if it doesn't show call him back, which i did several times and he refused to answer or call me back. So now i had to go through our credit card company to dispute the charges. My bday was August 11th, and we are still battling this supposed nice resort just to get our refund on September 11th. Its beyond disappointing, and has caused and cost us many hours on the phone, a lot of money on trying to have a great 63rd bday with friends from other states joining me, in this celebration, that turned out to be the worst nightmare birthday ever!!! I would not recommend this place , to My worst enemy!!! Im so disappointed and frustrated, obviously!!!

Clean rooms.

Cons:

Gym equipment was broken. Huge hotel should fix things quickly. Ordered food to go from restaurant and said 15-20 minutes. Lack of staff made it almost an hour. Almost missed my show. Bad service and food was cold

Pros:

The view from our room was beautiful. The pool and exercise room and free breakfast would make me come again

Cons:

No air conditioning in the halls and the lobby. Felt sorry for the staff as it was 97 degrees outside.

Great resort. Clean & offered a lot of stuff to do.

Cons:

The pressure in the shower & the size of the shower for bigger people. Breakfast was not really great. Should offer different meat option and some kind of waffle or pancakes. The french toast sticks were very soggy. We chose to eat breakfast elsewhere the rest of our stay. We went to Jack Henry's & service was not great. Waited way to long to get waitress to table & get drinks.

The rooms were small, rust and mold and nasty bathroom, tiny fridge no counter space. Bathroom mirror was broken not worth the money. The photos online are nothing like what it was in person. Also had to use the stairs because the elevators were so packed to use them.
