Pros:

Location was perfect. Tub, toilet and sheets were clean. Bare minimum.

Cons:

This hotel is in much need of repair and renovation. Dirty rugs, sofa. Curtains and wallpaper (torn). Barely functioning toaster, broken fridge handle with sharp edges. No towel racks in the bathroom. Decor has not been upgraded for many decades. Seems like they are waiting for zoning and funding to tear down and rebuild. If not, it's a travesty that it is allowed to stay open.

Good. Asna at the Front desk was great to talk to.
Pros:

The bed was so comfortable. It is wonderful to have a full one bedroom apartment for a great deal that includes parking. Perfect location as well.

Cons:

It was musty when I walked in, but having the window open for a little while fixed that. Maybe a little Febreeze or an air freshener might help. That is a small thing that did not interfere with my stay.

Great location and view. Nothing else good to say about it!! Likely a tear down why nothing is being spent on anything!

Great location. Beautiful view. Good size with separate bedroom.

Cons:

Old and run down. Furniture despicable! Sheets worn and rough! Towels and face cloths with dirt spots. Peeling wallpaper. Walls damaged. Stuffy and old smelling. Carpets throughout building filthy.

Cons:

Called back during cruise to book 3 days after the cruise and was told I would have to call back later to do that, which was impossible because of an excursion. I have never been told to call later to book a room. I of course used a different one. Our other hotel cancelled our reservation and we had only 2 days to figure out where we were going to go.

experience the west end, old, gross, dirty and overpriced

price was affordable and location was good

Cons:

everything else, worst accommodation experience of my life so far, everything was dirty and the sheets smelled and the walls and ceiling had water damage and the whole place was falling apart, the bedroom lamp shades light color doesn't match, one lamp is white and the other is warm, couldn't even enjoy the evening, the mattress was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.
