Dinner in the restaurant ; Diners are seated way tooclose to other Diners that they are not staying at the hotel with . Could see several uncomfortable, single travellers sat within very close proximity to other guests along the long bench areas and experienced this myself previous stay . Also , a bottle of water room in the room please! The big jar in the foyer is not an good enough alternative .

Good and great value
Pros:

Friendly staff, evening meal was nice, breakfast was good and room was clean and comfortable. Only issue were the windows. Noise wise they are very porous and being beside a busy road does not help. But would stay again if in the immediate area.

Disappointing compared to other Doubletrees
Pros:

Well positioned for Elstree Studios. Clean room and helpful staff.

Cons:

Poor room service - was 50 mins late and not great quality. Breakfast was very average. At this price point, you’d expect nespresso machine in room.
