Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie schone kamer en prima ontbijt.
Room, Staff
No hot drinks from Bar after 10pm. In fact first stay were told they clean down at 10pm, this trip machine cleaned down by 9.45pm and no interest from bar staff to accomodate by starting up again.
It was like a sauna and when I asked the lady if there’s anything she could do, she simply said sorry out of errands. We live in England, not Africa.

The air conditioning didn’t work, and for some insane reason, the radiator was pumping out heat. No way to change the temperature so had to have the window open, which was noisy due to the location next to a dual carriageway

Room was small shower was small with a shower curtain, room was red hot all night with all windows open.
Le confort
Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié la prise en charge. La dame à la réception était particulièrement froide, tout comme le reste du personnel qui ne prend même pas la peine de dire bonjour le matin (à l’exception du réceptionniste de nuit, qui était adorable).
Lors de de notre check in, nous avions pourtant pris soin de contacter l’hôtel via Booking afin d’obtenir des chambres côte à côte avec mes parents âgés, et avons réservé une chambre avec deux lits doubles. À notre arrivée, on nous attribue des chambres inadaptées, puis on nous informe que les seules chambres correspondantes sont au 2ᵉ étage. Pourquoi cela n’a-t-il pas été anticipé ?
Nous avons dû faire plusieurs allers-retours avec mes parents, marcher inutilement jusqu’à une première chambre incorrecte, puis remonter au 2ᵉ étage. Un check-in chaotique et très mal organisé.
De plus, plusieurs équipements ne fonctionnaient pas : pas de climatisation et un coffre-fort défectueux (réparé seulement la veille de notre départ).
Les chambres sont vraiment loin de la réception il faut marcher ( pas adapté au personne âgées )
