Our second time at this hotel. Would stay here again on our next visit.
Pros:

Not so great
Pros:

The room was clean. onsite paid parking.

Cons:

It was so hot in the room but the hotel refused to turn on the AC. The windows were not safe to keep open as it was on to a terrace and very noisy due to the motorway. The corridors were lit with bare minimum lighting such that it was dark in several places. Breakfast quality was average.

Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Loved the art deco vibe to this hotel. Quick check in and even warm cookies on arrival. Room was a good size, clean and quiet. Breakfast was plentiful, with many good options. I will definitely stay here again.

Shower didn’t work, just trickled out - staff weren’t bothered when I mentioned it to them or even suggest swapping me rooms. Paid £306 for a queen size room which wasn’t one. No water in the hotel room, asked for bottled water at reception advised they don’t give out bottled water.
Not worth the money at all!

Pros:

Hi
The stay was good
Bedding clean
Toilet was clean

Cons:

But we got disturbed 3 times
In search of a sink that was blocked. Didn't get right number, then something else
And at 1030, asking for checkout, when it is supposed to be at 12Noon, hence we had a disturbed sleep pattern, not satisfied with the staff.
