Very nice.
Pros:

We did not see much of it due to a very short stay. But very nice. Staff lovely.

Cons:

Room was nice and clean. Toilet in room should be better designed with flush behind toilet seat and toilet roll difficult to get to. Lovely shower and products.

Good location and good value for money comparing to other options around the airport.
Pros:

Nice, quiet location, and just a few minutes away from the highstreet. Room was spacious, clean and AC worked very well. Plenty of parking available. Good option for the next morning flight from Birmingham and 1/3 of the price comparing to airport hotels - only 15 min drive away.

Cons:

"Smart TV" did not have smart TV options, which was a bit disappointing.
Also, even though cheap comparing to other parking spaces, it is kind of strange to pay extra for parking if you are staying in the hotel.

Pros:

Food good, everyone friendly and check in daily on mobile. Responsive to requests. Very comfy mattress.

Cons:

Pool area could do with a refresh and pool not fully clean. Some surfaces in room could have done with a bit more of a spray and wipe. Cushions not great.

Not happy to pay for parking as an overnight guest
Pros:

The room was clean and the hotel is always spotless

Cons:

Paying for parking when you have a private car park is ridiculous and I wouldn’t have booked if I had known. I have stayed here a number of times so this must’ve been introduced over the last 2 years

Super location with outstanding staff.
Pros:

Clean, tidy and exceptionally helpful staff.

Cons:

Paying for parking as an addition was a bit annoying. I’d have been happier if it was just rolled into the room price.

Staff were excellent.
Pros:

The location was ideal. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom had an over bath shower and was not accessible for my partner. This was not clear on the room description at time of booking. The staff tried to help but there was no suitable room available. The changing areas in the fitness centre for able bodied and disabled people are tired and overdue refurbishing.
