Very good, loved the property and the location.
Pros:

Property was clean and modern.

Cons:

We were given a room where the heating wasn’t working. The manager then moved us to a different room which turned out to be 2 rooms with a door in between. They were very accommodating!

Hidden gem. Pleasantly surprised and will stay again.
Pros:

Location was spot on for our needs. Building outside looked a bit tired but inside made up for it. Tastefully decorated. Great seating areas in public spaces. Beautiful bar and restaurant. Rooms were good size.

Cons:

The spa/jacuzzi needs a bit of maintainance-its pretty messy and untidy and broken. Wverything else in good condition but the jacuzzi needs attention.

The signage leaving the lifts is confusing. Told to go to level 4-but sign says floor 3 on some and 4 on another. Needs to be better labelled and correct.

Disappointing for the cost, poor breakfast, grumpy staff and noisy rooms.
Pros:

The room it's self was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot. I was able to check in a bit earlier than advertised.

Cons:

The reception staff were often very grumpy. The hotel foyer always smelt of smoke as the doors opened frequently and people were smoking right outside. This is the only place to sit and wait which made it very unpleasant.
The bar does not have much 'comfy seating' and the lunch menu was disappointing (also had to wait a long time for staff to appear).
The room walls/floors are VERY thin - you can hear everything!
The cooked breakfast was awful, I didn't bother purchasing for the last 2 mornings. Absolutely not worth the £17.
The main hotel is not particularly clean with the floor by coffee area in the conference section not being cleaned at all despite many drips, rubbish etc.

Pros:

Good location and very friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The place is a bit tired (especially the leisure area). There were items not replenished in our room and things that should have been there that we had to ask for. However, staff were always ready to help out.

Terrible and scary
Pros:

Check in and check out was quick and easy. Food portions ordered at the bar were good. Shower waa fine but pressure not the best.

Cons:

There was a huge horrible red stain on the carpet, the floor of the shower was yellow, didnt look cleaned properly.
The king size bed was more like a double and was ao high off the floor that I literally had to climb up to the bed to get in it.
The sound from what I can only assume was the pipes in the walls were so loud, it sounded like a tap was constantly running and meant we couldnt sleep properly.
At 2.30am there was loud banging on the door, then the phone rang saying staff were outside my room with the bed we ordered. We had not ordered a bed and this genuinely scared me.
Overall it was not worth it and I will not be returning.

Reasonable stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location for what we needed. Onsite parking (although you had to pay for it). Room was clean. Had a pool, sauna and a "steam room" (although seemed rather old). Food quality in restaurant was good and buffet breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Stayed two nights but got no room service - so no fresh cups and crumpled bed sheets when we returned from a day out. Swimming pool complex was sufficient but felt old (especially changing area) and in need of an update. Slightly concerned about the large rat running around outdoors (near the kitchen) while we ate breakfast (on both days!) Paid for parking and a fairly large car park but only just found a space when we came back late. I feel tgat if you're a guest of the hotel, the onsite parking should be free.

Nice enough, hotel nice, facilities adequate, resteraunt slow.
Pros:

- Hotel room very spacious and comfortable.
- Bar staff had good knowledge of drinks and was able to make recommendations of what to try.
- Good breakfast.
- Easy check in process.
- Good parking.

Cons:

- Leisure facilities adequate, pool sauna and steam room nice enough however could really do with a deep clean and freshen up including the changing rooms.
- Service in the restaurant very slow. We were shown to our table and given menus, and then felt like we were forgotten, we had to get up to find a staff member to request to order our mains and drinks, was then provided with dessert menu but again nobody returned to take our order so had to get up and find a server. On leaving the restaurant we were billed however it was stated to us on check in we had a £17.50 pp allowance which the server said was wrong in fact we were meant to order from a set menu as we were half board, this included a 3 course meal however this was not explained to us so we did not get full potential of the meal included.

Pros:

The decor was very stylish and good quality furniture in room and comfy bed. Very good variety for breakfast.

Cons:

Out illuminated bathroom mirror didn't work. We requested someone to look at it but that didn't happen. The swimming pool smelt extremely strong of chlorine.

Un bon hôtel confortable loin de l’agitation de la ville mais proche quand-même.
Pros:

Le calme mais en même temps proche de Birmingham. La literie très confortable. Le restaurant. La piscine.

Cons:

L’état viellot des vestiaires de la piscine. La moquette pas très propre dans là chambre.
