It’s close to the nec and is very quiet
Great location, professional staff .
Nothing
nice beds
Bar area not great
Location.
The swimming pool really need updating, old , need all refresh. Water wasn't clean, needed replacing not just chfiltering and putting additives. .
Always stay at this hotel for the duration of the Photography Show at the NEC. Always clean, great facilities and a cosy room! The room service was exceptional!
The bed was very comfortable and I had great sleep!
No radiators (could be a building issue) so couldn't try towels properly overnight, without having them changed. The air-conditioning would make my nose dry overnight (had it on warm) but this is a me issue!
You can also really hear the upstairs neighbours when they move around...
Wish the parking was free for guests!
Good hotel
Nothing
Facilities were good including the pool. Bedroom was cosy but what we expected and shower was excellent
It’s a shame given the level of complaints on booking.com about the parking about the fact it costs £10 to park as a guest that booking.com refuse to make it more obvious and expect people to go searching in T’a and C’s. Most places are option with Parking at a cost highlighted.
Mainly clean, liked the sustainable shampoo etc. complimentary water and drinks. Could check in quickly. Breakfast had a good selection.
Mainly clean, however, nets in room were ripped and dirty. no slippers provided which is normally provided. The seat at the mirror to work, was hindered by the drawers.
Amazing room with comfy bed
Nice accomodation
Lift out of order had to go up and down the stairs whilst suffering with a disability
