It’s a convenient location for where I was going. Rooms are very comfortable.

Cons:

The staff are very standoffish. We asked for a glass of a particular wine to be told that there wasn’t a bottle open and we would have to buy the full bottle. An hour later we got the glass of wine we wanted and no mention about having to buy the bottle.

Pros:

We really liked the location of the hotel, however, the bathroom was quite small in the sense of placing toiletries etc. Shower pressure was amazing though! The person who checked us in and out was lovely

Great last minute stay
Pros:

It was a last minute booking but the room was lovely and I had a great nights sleep.

Jada the highlight of our stay
Pros:

Jada at the restaurant and bar, was amazing. She was Very helpful, very attentive to our needs, very sociable and excellent at her role.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of options, we also could order additional items that were not set out in the buffet with lots of options.

Cons:

When we first arrived, the staff were using the main available lift a lot which meant I had to stand and wait a while, which is a bit tricky when pregnant.

Also, We wouldn't recommend getting breakfast and dinner in one deal as dinner was one fixed menu which didnt have much variety. So if you stayed more than 2nights you'd only be provided the same dinner menu again and again. At the end we couldn't even enjoy the starters and had to request bread and butter, which they were thankfully able to provide, but overall our dinners were not the best.

Very enjoyable stay would make return visit
Pros:

Clean. Air conditioning made room very comfortable. Great bed allowed us to sleep well. Tea making equipment in room. We used leisure centre and swam in the mornings - a wonderful bonus. Good location for shopping centre and the wedding we were attending. Close to the motorway so easily accessible for us from London.
Amazing breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very helpful.
