Average. Could easily do better for the fabulous heritage hotel.
Pros:

Location is great, breakfast buffet with gluten free options was good, room comfortable, bed comfortable but not very large on the standard room (std double), everything was very clean.

Cons:

Staff seem totally disengaged. Definitely more training required around service & attitude. Restaurant doesn’t open until 7pm so for people with elderly parents this was a hassle. Bar has burgers & pizzas but if that’s not your thing you will need to head out. On a 2N stay room wasn’t serviced on second day. No top up of tea/milk etc. Room phones didn’t work & reception staff didn’t seem to care.

Location, lovely room which was very clean and well appointed. Quiet inside and out.

Good location accessible from m'way, main roads etc whilst very close to town too. Welcoming place, very clean appearance in both central areas and room.
