Pros:

Good location, nice swimming pool, clean tidy and very close to the town centre

Cons:

surprised hotel guests have to pay £10 per night for the car park but is very close to the town centre and cheaper than parking in the centre.. note than the £10 is perfect 24 hour duration so watch you arrival and departure times as if over a few minutes it could be an expensive fine.

Note to self to look at parking charges before booking in future!

Pros:

The food was nice and the table staff were very helpful.
Breakfast was good and a good choice was on offer.

Cons:

The staff were very rude at reception. Had to ask for them to check the booking as they twice said I had booked breakfast only, while I had paid for dinner, bed, and breakfast.
Once checked, they said yes, you have. No apology. I just got handed my room keys.
Most hotels that I have stayed in include parking in the price. It was a surprise that I had to pay an additional £10. I had no alternative but to pay as I had travelled down from Scotland.

Functional overnight stay but wouldn’t recommend over other options
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

There was an open unmanned reception even in the evening, with no key card access for lifts to bedrooms so felt unsafe.

The walls were embarrassingly thin with noise from all directions.

The room was stuffy and smelled of strong cleaning fluid or similar. The room was small and we were not convinced that our king size bed was actually king sized.

Great to have plenty of parking but a shame to pay £10 for an overnight stay.

Perfect location and accommodation.
Pros:

Comfy bed, room sizes great. Breakfast good and great selection. Parking ample. Easy walking into Solihull. I always enjoy staying here.

Cons:

Some other guests do not consider anyone other than themselves.

Decent but would not come back
Pros:

The staff were lovely when greeting us. The room was okay and given free complimentary waters. The view was also okay. Swimming pool and hot tub were amazing! Food was brilliant as we had ordered room service

Cons:

The towels in our room were stained, hairdryer did not work, phone to ring reception did not work and there were pubic hairs in our toilet seat. Did expect our room to be cleaned better than it was.

It served a purpose
Pros:

The location and parking was good. I could do what I wanted very easily. It served a purpose.

Cons:

The hotel met my needs but at a basic level. For what I was paying I would have expected a more spacious room and fit it to be exceptionally clean. Superficially it was adequate but needed a bit more care and attention.
