Nothing..stay regular
Stopped here a few times and this was one of the better ones, no issues with the room. Air con worked, comfortable bed, electric car charging was easy to use.
Nothing to comment on
The room was modern, comfortable and clean and a good size. Great value for money. Lovely breakfast buffet. Conference facilities were very good.
The pool area was in need of a bit of tlc. Some of the changing room lockers were broken.

The front staff were not really helpful at all. Taking too long to check-in. And No courtesy like Good morning or Good afternoon.
Asking for Parking money upfront. I already gave him my credit card details, still he insisted on charging me on checking in and not at the end of our 3 days trip. Bit strange and I also noticed that the customer after me, white couple, said they will pay at the end of the day for his trip. Was given permission. I feel it is a bit strange and offensive, racist. All other things were okay. But I am a little bit hesitant to recommend staying in your hotel, because of above mentioned reasons.

When we complained they downgraded to a lesser room
Then on the second day they gave us a better room . The beds and pillows

Very clean, especially the bathroom.
Generally good breakfast spread.
A young man on check in (Amire?) did not do a great job. He didn’t explain anything to us and seemed like it was a big ask when we requested a crib. Was also just generally slow.
Later the crib was brought to us with no sheet or mattress. Then the mattress that was brought did not fit the crib but it was late so we went to bed. Then the next day someone went to bring the right size crib for us but he just left at our door knowing we were waiting for it in the evening instead of him brining it in or at least knocking.
Good hotel and location
Room was right next to the reception on the ground floor, didn’t get a lot of sleep. Lots of banging and loud voices shouting so was awake on and off from 4am. Shower in the morning was freezing cold.
Very friendly and helpful staff always smiling and proffessional. Parking was easy and loads of space. Shower was very good and the beds were very comfortable.

Paying for parking! Swimming pool area and changing rooms were a bit tired and could have been cleaner / better maintained.
Room nice and clean. Modern looking. Bed was good too.
