Disappointed with very little working lighting,no working phone and no room service so had to order uber
Pros:

Clean comfortable room pleasant night staff

Cons:

No night room service offered even though advertised and had to order uber. some of the lights were out and not replaced with working bulbs. Phones not working to contact reception so had to keep walking to the front desk.

Cons:

The staff members at the check in desk in was very rude she was adamant I was to pay for parking when I told her my friend was going to take the vehicle but she kept insisting I need to pay for it not happy at all.

Lovely place to stay
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Close to the town centre and train station. They offered breakfast but I did not have it as it was an additional price.
