Clean, but had some down falls
Pros:

Easy access, friendly staff. Clean room.

Cons:

I'm 100% sure when I first booked the room it was bed and breakfast. When we turned up at the hotel we were told there was no chef so no meals or breakfast. We had to walk 10minites to the next pub to get some food and breakfast.

Perfect if you need somewhere affordable to stay in Grantham.
Pros:

Close to belvoir castle which is what we needed. Staff were literally amazing, so friendly and helpful. Room was large!!

Cons:

The bedroom was quite outdated and most of the hotel looks like it hasn’t been renovated in years.

Cheap option for one night
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bathroom had a recent refurbishment. Twin double room was very spacious. Standard kettle/coffee/tea in room. 24hr reception. Plenty of free parking.

Cons:

Room had a musky smell. Duvet cover had what appeared to be blood on it. Four person room with only two of each size of towel.
