Good value but expected a bit more for a Harrogate stay
Pros:

Rooms were good. Parking in the disabled spot was great for my dad with his blue badge
Food generally and Breakfast were good .
Great value but lacking in service

Cons:

Not enough staff working in the evening - had to go to a v busy bar to order food and drinks in the restaurant. There should have been more dedicated staff for the restaurant area - we had pre booked. This was not what we expected. No one was clearing tables. A bit too noisy for our liking in the bar areas generally.
All Lifts were broken / not working which wasn’t great for my dad who really struggled. No offer to assist with his luggage.

Nice downstairs upstairs let it down.
Pros:

The bar and restaurant areas were stunning.

Cons:

The lift was not working
The stairwells and corridors were shabby and needed a new carpet and the walls were not well cared for. I understand it was an old building but it looked scruffy.
