Good choice of breakfast but not very warm.
The room was very small and the bathroom was more like a cupboard, not much room to move around, sitting on the toilet legs touched the radiator burning your leg and hitting the shower screen on the other side and the bed was too small for a 6ft.4 person. I think all your rooms should have a fridge, small one would do, I had to leave my diabetic pens out in the room hoping they'll be ok.
The breakfast was really nice.
The room had a funny smell.
A bit dusty
We stayed at the Harrogate Inn for four days as well as visited area around Harrogate absolutely brilliant we can’t fault the staff all very helpful and kind. The manager was super brilliant sorted out any issue we ever had which wasn’t many only one a door that wouldn’t lock other than that they sorted it thank you very much to all the staff at Harrogate we really appreciate all the help. well done

Breakfast poor was only tepid! Plates warm food cold. Location spot on not enough staff on the lift was broken and there was nobody to help with luggage
Walking up the stairs noticed mud or something on the stairs . Looking again it was dog pooh! Later noticed it had been removed. Don’t blame hotel. Dog owner

Hotel overall was tired looking particularly carpets threadbare, paint work in need of redoing. Rooms ok.
Bathroom was a little cramped as a taller man.

Everything was good except the TV didn't work. Location and staff are great, breakfast is very nice
TV didn't work
The location was perfect as it was just over the road from the convention center. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The luggage storage services was great. Breakfast was very nice, good selection.
No AC in the room so had to do a balancing act between radiators and windows which did not always work. The TV was not a smart TV so I was unable to view any content I wanted. The Bathroom did not have any extraction for steam and needed a bit of TLC.
