Rooms were clean and well kitted out with Ironing facilities. Bathroom was good with an excellent shower. Staff were excellent.
We didn't eat breakfast and although the evening meals were acceptable, they were very salty and the Caesar salad I had, came with far too much dressing. The wine was expensive for what it was.
Brilliant venue. Relaxed and easygoing.
The bed was comfortable but the aircon didn't work properly. I couldn't set it up below 22. Good it wasn't too hot that day. As it was Sunday the hotel couldn't get anyone to fix it.
The room temperature
Excellent, friendly staff especially Roy on reception. Blue badge parking great. Half board food excellent throughout. Hotel spotlessly clean and well presented.
Large room and bed
Evening meal was average not alot of choice and I expected better
The bedrooms are so clean and fresh that you feel like you are the 1st guest to stay there. We have been visiting the hotel for more than 30 years and it continues to get better.
The breakfast is exceptional and if you you book it at the same same as reserving your room it is fantastic value.

No lift which I didn’t realise when booking and it was slightly difficult for my husband who has mobility issues, carrying our bag up the stairs.
