All children under 16 years and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pool area including the following policies:
- 1 adult in the pool per child below the age of 5 years.
- 1 adult in the pool for 2 children from ages of 5-7 years.
For non/weak swimmers of all ages, an adult must be in the pool supervising the child/children at all time. Please refer to club rules for full details on the policy.
When traveling with dogs, please note that anti-allergy deep cleaning charges apply:
- GBP 30 for 1 dog
- GBP 50 for 2 dogs
- Additional weekly fee of GBP 50 for stays longer than 7 days

Had a twin room and it’s def larger than most twins. Bathroom was v large too

no spare blankets and rather cold room as heating stopped over night. as i had an early start… it was a chilly step out of the bed
Room was great. Loved being able to swim and use the sauna. The staff were very very helpful - there was a noise in the room which kept my partner awake so they kindly swapped our rooms.

Everything the staff was all helpful and friendly. Will be going back.

Th spa facilities
The fact that you get charged extra if your single
Pool, jacuzzi, bed, dog's bed and bowls, staff specially Carlos and Ana in Reception and the guy covering the evening pool shift on Saturday . Very kind and helpful.
Carpets in corridors look old and there is so much green around which is lovely but there is not even a garden ... it looks sad, plain. I felt like was in a hospital ground. You should add a walking path around the hotel building on the grounds or a crazy golf or something to make it look brighter. Even a playground or a water feature.
The restaurant has great food and the spa is a lovely way to start your day. Mark at the reception is a superstar.
There are no sockets by the bed - there are some odd sockets for the lamps but not your regular ones. It’s really annoying! Bathrooms are really dated and tired.

Food & drinks are expensive. Background music odd & loud. Paintwork in bathroom could do with a tidy up. Stain on bedside carpet ( maybe yoghurt should have been cleaned)
