All children under 16 years and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pool area including the following policies:
- 1 adult in the pool per child below the age of 5 years.
- 1 adult in the pool for 2 children from ages of 5-7 years.
For non/weak swimmers of all ages, an adult must be in the pool supervising the child/children at all time. Please refer to club rules for full details on the policy.
When traveling with dogs, please note that anti-allergy deep cleaning charges apply:
- GBP 30 for 1 dog
- GBP 50 for 2 dogs
- Additional weekly fee of GBP 50 for stays longer than 7 days

Staff were excellent.
Unfortunately,i had a ground floor room which was next to a fire exit.
This normaly wouldnt be a problem but guests were opening the fire exit to smoke,leaving the door to continously back and therefore not a restful time which was very much needed under circumstances we had experience earlier that month.
The staff couldnt do much about it,but the guests were too lazy to go to the smoking area!.
Having to keep getting up and shuting the door,frequent visits to the front desk was not relaxing.
Shame.

Lovely place
Special call-out to the staff and service which were excellent. Enjoyed the breakfast. Large rooms, with lots of storage. Good amenities with a pool and spa. Pet friendly.

Good choice of drinks at the bar. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.
Pillows were a bit too soft, so collapsed when I laid my head on 2 of them.
The property was well maintained very quiet and relaxed.
Ordered linguine prawns but the waiter forget to send my order. On Sunday the bar wasn’t open around 12.
