I enjoyed the swimming pool . Shabby changing room for some reason ( very small).
Pros:

Attended a meeting


Our special requested sandwiches were not announced but left out. Somebody else ate them . We had to politely request for another set to be made. One of our delegates suffers from a range of allergies.

Cons:

Our meeting host in the morning was pleasant and helpful

Everything was good except the temperature of the room over night.
Pros:

On entering the car park was nice and close to the main doors, the entrance staff were very good and helpful. The bathroom was very clean with enough towels. Water pressure for showering was also great. Everything was good apart from the room temperature.

Cons:

It was a cold night and the heater in my room didn't work which let to a pretty uncomfortable cold night sleep. Which ever setting you put it on heat wasn't produced.

Great place to stay with good facilities
Pros:

Good facilities and we always like the spa! Good lounge area for socialising with friends. Excellent staff, especially Marc on reception who always welcomes us with a friendly smile!

Did not get a good night sleep

The toilet made a loud noise when you flushed it.
The shower rail is coming off the wall.
There was no shower gel in the dispenser on the wall.
It was very noisy throughout the night…. You could hear other guests talking and laughing.

Pros:

Location was ideal. Pillows are great. Tea and coffee options were good.

Cons:

Towels could be bigger and there could be more milk available for in room drinks. Also the hand wash was watered down to the point of it just being water. Bed was a little hard.
