Quiet inner courtyard room with a window that could open.
Bar area a bit bland.
Clean, comfortable and functional. Had a very pleasant stay with nothing to dislike about the hotel itself.
Odd that we were charged for the car park when we checked in as guests.
The couple we were meeting there, who were not staying, asked a staff member about registering the car for the car park. They were told to log their reg in on the screen and they would get 24 hours free parking.
Staff friendly
Firstly I got put on first floor with no stairs and I had my 6 month baby with us so was a nightmare getting to the room and out of room. The first night the air conditioning was broken and changed our room. We got a cot in this room and the first one we didn’t. The room was really small. The second room was larger but there was ants crawling all over table. We got some complimentary drink tickets and when we went to use the bar was closed.
We both slept so so well… very comfortable and quiet.
The Restaurant isn’t really restaurant vibe. The food is tasty but it’s not somewhere to get dressed up and feel like a “meal out” sort of a place. If you want a sauce it’s given to you in a sachet.. we ordered a bottle of wine on our first night there and the waitress came back and said “we needed a corkscrew to open it”, we said we’d like to drink it with our meal and she went back to get it opened. The bar says it closes at 11pm but you’ll feel like it’s shutting down about 9:30pm as the bar staff starts clearing the candles away even if you’re sat at the table. I thought this was rude, fair enough at 10:30/10:45 but not with an hour and a half of opening hours left and that was a Saturday night with a fair amount of people still there. Friday night we were asked for last orders at 10:30! So the bar staff at a bit of a joke and make you feel like you’ve got to go.

Location food was reasonably good but had gone for breakfast just after 9 and everything had been on display too long the bacon was hard scrambled egg was over cooked and sausages were like rubber
Breakfast was particularly good and smoking at the entrance under the canopy and reception smelling of cigarette smoke
The room, comfortable bed, plenty of space. Fab breakfast. Free water station in reception, brilliant idea!
Would have preferred a dedicated shower. Bar prices seemed high and they didn't have the ingredients for the cocktails on offer.
