All children under 16 years and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pool area including the following policies:
- 1 adult in the pool per child below the age of 5 years.
- 1 adult in the pool for 2 children from ages of 5-7 years.
For non/weak swimmers of all ages, an adult must be in the pool supervising the child/children at all time. Please refer to club rules for full details on the policy.
When traveling with dogs, please note that anti-allergy deep cleaning charges apply:
- GBP 30 for 1 dog
- GBP 50 for 2 dogs
- Additional weekly fee of GBP 50 for stays longer than 7 days

De kamer was ruim, het grote bed lag goed en veel ruimte in de badkamer om je spullen weg te leggen.
Het zwembad met bubbelbad was ook een fijne bijkomstigheid.
Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijt was niet erg uitgebreid, bij ons zat het ontbijt bij de prijs inbegrepen maar om hier extra voor te betalen dat zou ik niet aanraden.

Limited access to the pool. Closed at 8pm. Swimming school in the morning until 12 noon, large group of children, part divided for hotel guests but very noisy.
Twin bed room. One bed had a dip in the middle, we had to turn the mattress over. Telephone to call down to reception not working.
Good location (on an industrial estate so need a car if you want to go out and about).
Gym was good
Staff were all brilliant, by far the best asset of hotel.
No air con in my room, just blowing around hot air (yes it was 36 degrees so I didn’t complain) they offered a room move and a fan.
Breakfast was very sub standard - like canteen food.

Rooms are tired and need some tlc. Swimming pool also could do with upgrade. It was packed and riotous, whikst not the fault of the hotel, no control or safeguarding seemed to be in place
