The start of my stay wasn’t the best as I had booked a twin room for business reasons and when we arrived it was 1 bed.
Pros:

The location was lovely. The swimming pool, etc., was really good.

Cons:

There wasn’t really anything about the property I could say I didn’t like.

Great for a short stay
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and approachable

Cons:

Food and drink a bit expensive. There wasn't much nearby to the hotel and the TV in our room had only a handful of channels and even some of them didn't work.

Great and relaxing! Happy to select this Hotel!
Pros:

At the beginning I have not select to have breakfast, but on Sunday we have decided to have a breakfast and we were received really well, with great service and assistance to our needs.
I would like to highlight Mr. Ryan service and attention to the customers and my family! He has explained to us about where were the food located, offered an omelette and went extra mile to offer us with some bakery for our trip back to London by train! We as a family were really impressed and happy with the service that we have received.
Because of that we are definitively considering to return to this Hotel in the near future.

Car park charges. You should provide car park for clients stay at the hotel and not charge them, other hotelbi ve been around your side doesn't charge for car park luke the Orton Hall hotel an others. The swimming pool looks small compared to the people coming to use it, sometimes we have to wait

Pleasant in Comfy Hotel
Pros:

Room clean and tidy, food in the evening was great, breakfast is standard warmed up on hot plates but was replenished regularly. Wifi was very quick, but also read comment below.

Cons:

Don't like you have to sign up to their newsletter to get online, and don't like having to pay to park when you're staying there overnight. I get it for visitors but overnight guests should park for free.
