All children under 16 years and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pool area including the following policies:
- 1 adult in the pool per child below the age of 5 years.
- 1 adult in the pool for 2 children from ages of 5-7 years.
For non/weak swimmers of all ages, an adult must be in the pool supervising the child/children at all time. Please refer to club rules for full details on the policy.
When traveling with dogs, please note that anti-allergy deep cleaning charges apply:
- GBP 30 for 1 dog
- GBP 50 for 2 dogs
- Additional weekly fee of GBP 50 for stays longer than 7 days

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.
Rubbish in the hallway stayed for days. Bath didn't drain due to huge clog of accumulated hair in plug. No toilet brush. Rubbish left on bathroom floor. Quilt thin. Bed not the most comfortable.
Good dinner, quiet room and ideal location
Nothing really
Well situated for what I needed. Plenty of parking. Swimming pool and spa. Had the ability to upgrade the room via email upgrade programme.
Bathroom door was so creaky and loud. Not a lot of space between getting out the shower and the vanity unit. Toilet flusher was very hard to push.

Bar closed at 10.45pm
Very clean, ample parking.
No water in the room. Room very hot and took ages to cool. Bed was ok - nothing brilliant. Service was distinctly average. Transactional not inspirational

Thin walls, no one checking kids of 6 playing in hot tubs for the over 16s
No managment re restuarant at breakfast lots of things run out but all filled up just before it closed. Waste of food.
No checks people tale plates of food out for other people.
We had to swap bedrooms as there was a large rusty hole in the bath. We discovered it after unpacking everything so that was annoying.
Our new room was very comfortable and clean. The staff sorted us out immediately upon notifying them.
The bath should be replaced before putting anyone in there.
