All children under 16 years and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pool area including the following policies:
- 1 adult in the pool per child below the age of 5 years.
- 1 adult in the pool for 2 children from ages of 5-7 years.
For non/weak swimmers of all ages, an adult must be in the pool supervising the child/children at all time. Please refer to club rules for full details on the policy.
When traveling with dogs, please note that anti-allergy deep cleaning charges apply:
- GBP 30 for 1 dog
- GBP 50 for 2 dogs
- Additional weekly fee of GBP 50 for stays longer than 7 days
Please note that a maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per room.

Marc at the reception is absolutely excellent! He always remembers my name and that I like to be upstairs.
The pool and sauna are a great way to start a day.
The corridors look very dated and a bit like a hotel from 80’.
The towels we were given had holes and were really tired - both at the pool and in the room.
There are NO normal sockets by the bed so you can’t keep your device charging while using them.
The bathrooms look really tired. The sink was blocked and the room had some kind of a cheesy smell.
Beautiful and clean hotel. Nice breakfast.

Food in the bar/restaurant was poor and the staff disinterested. There were swimming classes in the pool all Saturday morning which made it impossible to have a swim, I would not have booked this hotel had I known. Bathroom is very tired.

Service at the bar/cafe not great. Took half hour to bring drinks to us outside ( even though only 2 people inside), then bought the wrong drinks. Good sandwiches, but cooked food very average ( over fried, almost burnt)
Easily accessible, good parking however now charge £5 per stay. Very clean, easy to work from and room service always on time! Spa is great to use also!
Nothing - seems to be a lot more expensive on certain days, which can be annoying to find alternative accommodation that suits nearby

The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable
As a guest l was expecting the bar or have the option at least, to get drinks sat in lounge area. Shutting the bar to guests l think needs to be addressed.
The towels were clean. The towels had an odd smell to them. Maybe the cleaning process left that after cleaning. The staff were very professional at all times.
The staff here were fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble - even offering to carry our bags! Even when I got confused over a different payment, they were patient and efficient! Thank you!!
Located in a beautiful countryside area.
I paid for a king room in what’s called a 4 star hotel and didn’t receive the basic things like a dressing gown, slippers, bottled water or even a mini fridge in the room. When I enquired, I was asked if I had medications which I needed to be kept in a fridge I could take it to their restaurant and would need to go there each time I needed it! Diabolical!
