The facilities were good, food lovely, bed very comfortable & loved the pool & jacuzzi.
Staff were excellent, every member of staff we had any contact with were extremely polite, professional, hard working & nothing was too much trouble.
Also loved the 12md check out. You don’t get that in many hotels.
Found some for the prices sooo expensive, got 2 drinks from the selection by reception on our way out, for our journey home & it cost us £7.50 for a lucazade & a 250ml orange juice!, extortionate!

The guy who checked me in on Friday evening was the best, unfortunately I can't remember his name. He was very nice, smiling. He is a very good listener very professional and accomodative.

Staff were not knowledgable about products. Food was below par. Introduced a car parking charge since last year. Trouble in the restaurant/bar area which involved a police presence.

I had a book of morman in my room
Breakfast was great so much choice, and friendly staff .The swimming pool, steam room, and jacuzzi, were wonderful, plus very clean. Graham was a great host for the area so kind. Parking was fine.
Fire alarm at 12 o'clock at night was a bit of a shock, and no staff attended our floor to say if was a real fire!!. My room did have a large cobweb over my bed, but the spider and i become friends. The dinning room was terrible for evening dinner, over priced, little choice, and worst of all inedible, plus the staff didn't care less. The main manager did reduce our bill when complained at the end of our stay. We did not eat there again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. I genuinely love Marriott hotels, and this one definitely did not disappoint!
The room was spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling and very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the room was lovely and quiet at night, which made it easy to get a really good night’s sleep.
The leisure facilities were also very clean, pleasant and well maintained, and it was a lovely place to relax after a long day.
The only thing that disappointed me slightly was the breakfast. I’m quite a connoisseur when it comes to hotel breakfasts, and compared with other Marriott hotels, I found the selection here quite limited. Some of the hot items were unfortunately cold, there wasn’t much choice when it came to sweet options, and some of the food tasted a little artificial. On the positive side, the fresh fruit was very good and the juices were also really nice — although there wasn’t a huge selection.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The cleanliness, comfort and peaceful atmosphere definitely made this a great stay, and this is still another Marriott that lived up to our expectations.
