The staff were very friendly and helpful which was a big plus .
The gym wasn't well signposted. I went into the small first floor exercise area and only discovered the proper gym, when I walked down to the pool. Signage coud be better. Just a small thing.
Privilege rooms were very spacious. Comfortable bed. Large TV. Breakfast was good value.
Drink prices a bit expensive. Pool changing room floor needed cleaning.
Location is good and hotel is quiet.
Property is a bit tired now, and reception area is very odd with bar and pool tables next to check in.
The huge grounds to explore
Old fashioned room
Onverwacht leuke plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Mooie wijk met lokaal leuke faciliteiten. Top ontbijt bij Nonna’s! Hotel inderdaad sterk verouderd en sfeerloze kamers. Wij sliepen op de benedenverdieping. Beetje muf. Best gehorig met buren die laat en luidruchtig na een nacht goed stappen thuis komen en’s morgen de tv voor de kids vol aan zetten. Niet in het hotel ontbeten of gegeten. Ligt mooi op een flink stukje grond. Foto’s doen hotel beter voorkomen dan de werkelijkheid biedt. Personeel onpersoonlijk en kortaf.
De sfeer in het hotel en op de kamer maakt het echt alleen een plek om te slapen. Maar er zijn volop leuke dingen te doen in de directe omgeving.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff in a great quiet area not far from city centre. My room had a terrace which was lovely and suited a smoker saving lots of trips outside!
No sockets by bed which meant using laptop and charging phone overnight problematic. They were miles away by the desk. I didn’t ask for any help but I’m sure a solution could be found.

Great price for a pool and lovely grounds. We went for our honeymoon and got upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony!
