I would stay again but only for one night.
Pros:

Seems like an old build but it was okay.

Cons:

My room had a lot of dirty spots and the blinds look like they caught on fire before. There was also hair in the tub.

We liked a lot of things. Spacious rooms, balcony and staff.

Cons:

There were some stains on the sheets, garbage can was nasty, water pressure was low and pillows were small and limp.

Good location nice view. Large room

Cons:

Old building that was recently “renovated” inside. Bathrooms still look very old just have newer paint. Bathroom floor, mirror, bathtub and toilet were dirty.

Hotel old dirty with urine stained sheets so we canceled our reservation.

The view of the Falls.

Cons:

Pictures on Booking.com and their website are extremely deceiving. It is an old rundown building that is dingy. The pool they said they had was not on site. You had to walk through a parking lot to another hotel to use that pool. I have pictures upon pictures of pee on the bedsheets, cobwebs, and spiders in the room mold on the bathtub the balcony there was so many cobwebs and spiders and bugs that you couldn’t even be out there. The elevators shook when using them. And the staff was incredibly rude when I came down to tell them about it. I canceled my whole reservation and we left immediately.
