Location and price for our room was great. Room was clean. It is an older building but very clean.
Pros:

The location was excellent for the venue we were attending for the evening.

Cons:

Parking our vehicle was across the street but not a deal breaker. Directions from staff were excellent.

A good place to stay near everything
Pros:

I liked how accessible the hotel was from everything in downtown Vancouver. The cleanliness of the room and privacy of it was very nice. The staff are super friendly and helpful

Cons:

I just wish the room was more spacious for one person.

Cons:

Definitely a 'no frills' hotel. To improve your service, it would have been nice to have tea & coffee on the room. The design of the shower head needs to improve to cater for different height guests. Fridge? Microwave? Price needs to be reduced to match 'a no frills' hotel.

Pros:

ロケーションがよく、空港からの鉄道の駅からも、その後、フェリー乗り場もウォーターフロントもどこにも歩いて行くことができた。窓からの街並みがとても楽しく、素晴らしかった。階下にはレストランなどもあり、とても便利。

古いせいか、床が斜めっていて、少し気持ち悪かった。
