Location was good, the room and facilities quite adequate. Reception staff were helpful.

Pros:

The location was excellent, right in downtown Vancouver and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and public transit. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. 🩷Overall, it was good value for the price

Cons:

The bed was too firm for my liking, and there was some street noise at night. However, this was understandable because the FIFA World Cup was taking place during our stay.

Great for short stays
Pros:

The room was bright, spacious, and full of color, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was very large and offered plenty of space. While the décor was a bit outdated, the room was clean and comfortable overall.

Overall, the room had a lot of potential thanks to its size and brightness, but a few updates and improved amenities would make for a much better stay.

Cons:

One downside was that the refrigerator was difficult to find and not easily accessible. There was also no microwave available, which would have been a convenient addition. The flat-screen TV appeared to be very old and could use an upgrade.

A good basic place to stay in the heart of downtown.
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good, central location.

Cons:

This is a very basic hotel, but it’s clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. We paid a much higher rate due to FIFA which was disappointing.
