Would not stay there again.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean.

Cons:

The bed was firm. Our room was facing the street. And was very loud all night long and all morning long. Couldn’t get any sleep, but maybe an hour.

Had a great stay lots to do around the hotel

Excellent location very central to downtown. The UVA restaurant very handy for breakfast

Pros:

Great place to stay. Location is amazing. Allowed me late check out. Rooms were clean. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Changed towels everyday. Bed was comfortable. Not being picky but maybe a new TV is in order in the rooms:)

The fact that the price initially advertised was not honored at the end of the booking, nor were the Genius benefits taken into account.

Also, the rooms are a bit old-fashioned, and even though it depends on your taste, for the price you pay, it's still too expensive.
