Everything was nice.
The lady who works in the breakfast area was fantastic. She was always smiling and talking to the guests. She was polite and helpful. She kept the area clean and well stocked.

Awesome service Mrs. Ashley at the front desk gave excellent customer service, the king non smoking room was large with a couch and table.
Indoor pool with a jacuzzi! Hot breakfast egg, grits, sausage, waffles , cereal. Nelly the customer service setup gal was very friendly and helpful with everyone! This hotel was close to restaurants, and shopping.
We will be staying there for our next trip. We normally stay at Best Westerns but this one was exceptional.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Will not stop in Byron again, will stay in Warner Robins instead. Only 1 room key worked, not one blade of grass for my pet, loud patrons in surrounding rooms, phones in room did not work even to call front desk to inform about about an argument outside my door, double lock was broken /not secure. Overall pretty sleepless night, would have left but just needed a rest a few hours before making it home.
Pleasantly surprised. Came for one night for a funeral but the service was exceptional. The breakfast was great, the attendant was more than accommodating and a lot more options than I expected. Most importantly. It was spotless!!

Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Bedding, carpet and chair felt damp. Maybe ac hadn't been on long enough to air out the room. Definitely someone smoked in the room.
