Pros:

The facilities were good as they were included in the stay. Room good.

Cons:

Noisy, music blasting from 8pm to 7am in one of the rooms, food delivery loud from 5.30am outside, doors slamming, and people talking on the corridors early hours. Came for my 30th, hoping to catch a break but was kept up consistently.

A good overnight stay with all the facilities you would expect.
Pros:

Standard business class hotel, nice room with a very comfortable large bed. The pool/spa was a nice feature and welcome after a long drive. Bar meal was fine but the breakfast was very good. Helpful, efficient staff.

Pros:

The breakfast was superb, freshly cooked, well presented, plentiful and delicious. The staff were attentive and so helpful. The pool was lovely and we made good use of it.

Cons:

The bathroom in our room was functional and clean but starting to feel rather tired with a cracked handbasin. I was a little surprised to find I had to stand in the bath to shower, it worked but had I been less agile may have presented a problem.

Good hotel and pool for a good price.
Pros:

We had a lovely room with a great choice at breakfast, including a gluten free requirement.
Hotel was close to bus stops for York centre so was great as we travelled by train.

Cons:

We were disappointed we could not get a Sunday lunch at the hotel as it was not on the menu, so had to go to a local pub.
