Unfortunately a disappointing stay for us

The hotel is lovely and clean

Cons:

Disturbed night sleep due to hotel machinery outside making a very loud noise had to be moved rooms at 3am.
Stem room not working properly.
Jacuzzi not working and dirty.
And the hotel is not replying to my latest email of complaint.

The rooms need updating and definitely not a four star rated hotel and not good value for money.

The location was as expected.
The breakfast was very good as were the staff.

Cons:

The room was very disappointing and I have already mentioned this to the reception staff and the duty manager.
the bathroom was terrible and had a broken sink and one of the lights kept blinking.
I have stayed in the hotel before on several occasions and this time was a complete let down.
