The room was far too hot and humid. The fan was no where near effective enough.
Server in the restaurant was brilliant.
Spa was by far from clean. Jacuzzi wasn’t working which we was really looking forward to. Bathroom in the room wasn’t to clean. Room was ok but just disappointed as we paid for a balcony and ended up in the ground floor. And for the price we paid was most certainly underwhelmed. Food was well over priced. Rib eye steak was far from ribeye. And the dessert was poor. It was our 1st anniversary and kind of put a dampener on the weekend.

Fantastic facilities and super clean hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely and were the perfect setting to propose to my now fiancé!
Looking forward to going back and maybe even booking the wedding there
We were told the staff would acknowledge our anniversary and in the end nothing was done!
We also commented before we arrived that we want to use the jacuzzi! The jacuzzi was out of order for 10 days and no one told us when we communicated with the staff! The jacuzzi was the main reason we picked the hotel! And the staff handled our complain very poorly!
