Once the hot room problem was managed our stay was a comfortable and happy one.

Cons:

Room 118 was too hot! The heating control was stuck on 25.5C. Thankfully the staff switched the heater power off and promptly provided a portable heater and a fan. Thankfully we did not need to use either to be comfortable after we cooled the room.
The floor creakes wherever you walk which makes a nightime visit to the Bathroom a noisy affair.
The wash basin is cracked. Generally the room is showing its age.

Great stay overall
Pros:

The bed was super comfy. Plenty of coffee and tea provided in the room with water. Easy to open window, fan and AC. The bedroom and bathroom were very sizable with plenty of storage. Plenty of parking spaces at £7 for 24hrs.

Cons:

The pillows were small and very soft which is not my personal preference. Having a room at car park level near the bins meant we heard quite a bit of banging and moving about in this area at night.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. I had arrived early but my luggage was dealt with and Zi spent a comfortable hour in the bay area with coffee etc on hand.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike though the furniture in the bar area is sixties austere rather than lean in and be comfortable!

AMAZING PLACE

Room: The bedroom was comfortable and clean, though a little dated in style. A refresh would enhance the overall appeal.
Breakfast: The selection was pleasant but limited. Greater variety would greatly improve this offering.
Location: Convenient and well-suited for accessing local amenities.
Staff: Consistently friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, a positive experience, and I look forward to returning.

Cons:

Spa & Beauty Services: These are currently managed by a third party, which limits flexibility. I would prefer if services were arranged directly through hotel staff, with the ability to book at any time. Availability is often limited due to high demand, making access difficult.
