Great view.
The scaffolders arrived at 8am on Saturday morning to take down a large amount of scaffolding from just outside our room. This was very noisy and we had scaffolders walking outside our bedroom window. They were still going when we checked out at 11am. The reception staff said the management did not know anything about this but did not offer us a discount on our stay, which would have been appropriate give the scale of the disturbance.
The room was very clean and they kept us topped up with tea, coffee, toilet roll etc. The view was ok.
The towels are tiny. They didn't even go round us.
The bed was a bit hard.
The trek to the room was ridiculous.
The parking was awful. Surely people paying to stay at the hotel should take precedence over those visiting the gym.
Just in case anyone needs to know, the light switch for the balcony is behind the big lamp. We turned that room upside down looking for the switch and so did the lady from reception who came to help us.

Everything it’s 5 minutes on a bus to town the property it’s self is spot on breakfast is great pool and spar is great and if going to racers which is what I try to book hotel for is the best

Great location, very quick in a taxi into the city centre. Very quiet even though we had a road facing room. The room was very clean, the bathroom was a great size, and the bed was very comfy. It was a light, airy room with a lovely view onto the street. The facilities were amazing, very clean and wonderful staff. The leisure suite was perfect and made the stay feel luxurious!
The room was quite small but not unmanageable. Wouldn’t stop me from booking again.
No score due to the television being stuck on audio, so it couldn't watch the television at night.rceptionist came up to have a look at it but said she couldn't do anything.It was housekeeping, and they'd gone home, didn't offer to change rooms. complimentary breakfast for the morning, we have booked a few stays with you in the next few months. I wonder what to do about our upcoming stays,
The room was a good size, comfortable bed, good sized television. The bathroom is also a good size and well fitted out. The room was very quiet as requested
The breakfast was excellent with a huge choice and well laid out. The breakfast room is comfortable and looks out onto the back garden.
Staff very helpful and pleasant.
