Relaxing, plenty to do. Would definitely return
Pros:

Did not have breakfast.
Location was excellent. Brilliant view overlooking racecourse and only a short drive to town centre, which meant not too expensive on cabs

Cons:

We stayed on the LG floor. Did not see a lift to go down. Funky smell as we walked down the stairs

Disgusting attitude.. I had cancelation insurance and this hotel has RIPPED ME OFF

Cons:

Treated absolutely terrible.. I was hospitalized via ambulance ewith chronic lung problem and this hotel decides that my payed insurance is NOT VALID... what's the point of insurance if your then told its useless??

Comfortable and excellent quality hotel.
Pros:

Beautifully clean, quality service professional and helpful staff. Convenient for direct walking the dog on knavesmire. Spa facilities were great too

Cons:

It would be super helpful to have hotel information in the room. We didn’t know you needed a pound coin for the spa lockers and tokens aren’t supplied either.

Pros:

Hotel very clean, the staff were amazing friendly and helpful.
Bed was very comfy and large.
Evening meal and breakfast was excellent , I've been twice now both times had a wonderful stay.
