We had a five-night stay and the foul odor in the bathroom persisted through our stay despite daily requests for it to be remedied.

Special gem in the heart of it all! Great concierge and very attentive staff. Clean room w excellent amenities! Highly recommend!

Crazy layout of hotel to access suites

Great location and walkable to many sites. Close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful boutique hotel , nicely decorated, comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Very nice breakfast.

I couldn’t say anything about all the nice staffs but needs to improve on cleaning,beds were done ,and we have clean towels everyday ,the only complain is the floor you can see that the dust on the floor ,it wasn’t swept everyday .that’s all ,I hope they will improve it otherwise everything was perfect

Excellent hotel to stay in rome. Really enjoyed the stay ins suite. Only suggestion/recommendation to have more breakfast options for vegetarian. Overall the stay was excellent.

Beautiful and clean property close to many touristic sites and plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was great and with good variety of foods.

Nice spacious rooms, quiet, good breakfast and close to train station.

What didn't work well was the AC unit failed on our last day (June 15th night/16th morning) and was quite hot and uncomfortable all through the night and early next day.

Amazing hotel! I highly recommend! Amazing location! It was clean, it was nice, the staff were all so kind, and the hotel was in a quiet area so we were able to get some sleep( no outside street noise) Yes the walls are a bit thin and you can hear people down the hallway but no one was loud during sleeping hours. The a/c worked perfectly! Our room was a couple doors down from the breakfast Lounge it was perfect. The hotel luxury rooms are located in a separate building from the check in front desk/lobby area but it was ok. You just walk next door. And there’s a bell that rings you in and opens the door, there’s an elevator so you don’t have to climb stairs. Bathroom was clean., we got the triple superior room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I’ll try to add photos later

We had room next to hotel. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful, a great start for our busy days. All staff was pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed our nightly beverages in the bar.

It was centrally located and easy to walk to many places, otherwise, the metro was 1 block away, as was the main train station.
The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions about getting around Rome and to the Vatican - I wish I could remember his name.

Great location for a stopover, as close to Roma Termini station (about a 5 min walk). Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Good breakfast. Air con was average - ok if you were right in front of it but didn’t seem to reach the bed - and as the room was on the main road side it was unsurprisingly noisy with the window open.
