Great until the disgusting ending.
Pros:

We liked everything about our stay actually, until the very end when i was checking out and the man walking in front of me reached his bare hand into in pants AND underwear and then turned around to ask me what room I was checking out of and for my key card. I was TOTALLY GROSSED out and as a result will probably never stay at this hotel again sadly, because the location was perfect for us.

Its location is very convenient, being close to the conference hall, which is ideal for business purposes.
Pros:

Advantages:
The room with a balcony is spacious and comfortable, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Its location is very convenient, being close to the conference hall, which is ideal for business purposes. Breakfast is excellent, with a good variety and quality of food.

Cons:

Disadvantages:
The hotel’s pricing policy is not entirely clear, as the amount charged was higher than the price indicated in the booking confirmation on Booking.com. This lack of transparency in pricing is a significant drawback and should be clarified by the hotel.

Great location for the convention center!
Pros:

I would like to recognize the two excellent Front Desk people. Jasmine and Clarissa! They handled themselves with incredible professionalism! At check out the system went down and Clarissa did everything she could to stay calm and help us.
The location was incredible! Just across the street from the convention center!

Cons:

There wasn't a pool, which would've been great. I used a third-party booking company and because of the construction that was going on, they canceled one of my rooms without telling me. Please call in a week before at least when you are traveling there to make sure you have a room. Not fun!

Loved it!
Pros:

Loved everything about this stay. The breakfast was adequate. Construction was going on so that was something to work around. All in all, great sta

Cons:

One of my reservations was cancelled and I did not know about it until a few days before we were checking in. I asked the girl at the front desk (not Jasmine or Clarissa - they were GREAT!), over the phone before travelling, WHY I was not notified of the cancellation due to construction. She said, "This is a 3rd party booking. You will have to ask them." I contacted Booking.com and they had no such notification. One room was quickly booked outside of booking.com. Sad! We wanted to all be together!
