Excellent staff
Pros:

Great location. Excellent staff. Downtown all hotels are nice. They’re all in a good location. Staff makes the difference. Every staff member I encountered from front desk to house keeping to valet was wonderful. Won’t stay anywhere else when staying downtown.

A comfy place to crash after a night downtown
Pros:

The front desk staff and valet were so nice! The room was comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom looked clean but didn’t seem prepped like normal (the toilet paper wasn’t folded, and the trash can didn’t have a bag). The comforter was good but the duvet (?) was ratty/holey.

Quietness was nice. Parking sucked and staff need to communicate
Pros:

The staff was nice but definitely should work on being told one thing and then mroning shift saying another

Cons:

No parking other then velet when told where to park was 3 blocks away I have lupus and was there for a doctor's apt having to walk that far distance was not okay. Then being charged 36 dollars when I was already strapped with money just to park my car where it was safe.

Me gustó que es céntrico

Cons:

No realizaron la limpieza de la habitación diaria
El agua de la ducha demasiado caliente y se notificó en varias ocasiones y no hicieron nada.
Cobraron más del precio ya separado al momento de hacer el check in y aún no han realizado el reembolso del cargo por habitación.
