The staff members were lovely and I did enjoy the food and customer service.
The location wasn’t ideal and it was quite noisy and loud at night times
We weren’t sure of the location but it is a 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf so ideal for the Elizabeth line straight into London and getting tube back from O2.
Personally had no issues with anything
Staff are a credit to the hotel, so helpful, welcoming, informative and friendly. The room was comfortable and pristine clean. Well done folks!!
Breakfast was full of choice, but the cooked offering was consistently cold and the scrambled egg was not pleasant at all I'm afraid, even at 0630.
Great location for o2 access
The breakfast was not worth £27 for 2 people. We came down around 9:30 and there wasn’t much left. Not a big selection for £13.50 each.

To far out of everything even the 02 was hard to get to.
Bed was comfy staff were nice
The room had a bit of a weird smell, kind of like an airport toilet, wasn’t very pleasant
The location was good, about 10/15 minute walk from Elizabeth/jubilee line.
The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked the light well.
Everything was clean on arrival.
Shower tray very slippery when wet, fell over badly when showering.
The air conditioning didn’t work and the days we stayed were hot, we asked reception and left for the day. When returning the front desk didn’t know whether or not anything had been done, when we went to our room someone had obviously been in the room and left the heating on all day so we went back to a hot room with still no air conditioning.
We also didn’t have a working tv, same again as above. Receptionist didn’t know anything about it being fixed. When tried on return it turned on and then wouldn’t work at all apart from the off button on the back.
Found it overpriced for the state of the room and lack of air conditioning, tv etc.
