Fab place. Second time staying here when at the O2, excellent location.
Bathroom felt like an airplane loo, but was functional. Breakfast was odd as only had small plates available for a full English!
Not much to like in all honesty
Bathroom sink was blocked and just smelt like sick all night long. Had told staff about it and they just shrugged their shoulders at us. The air conditioning unit did not work, and it was during a heatwave with the temperature being 32 degrees outside, No air flow what so ever. The beds had thick duvets on them and the mattress sheet wasn't even fitted properly. Again we told staff about the air conditioning and they just kept making excuses and asking if we're sure it's on, I explained we had definitely turned it on and there was no air coming from the system but we were just dismissed and no help from them to rectify this. The breakfast we had in the morning was not great quality, barely any food on the counters and what was there was dry.

Not very clean. Sound proofing wasn’t good either. Didn’t seem good value for the money.

the carpet was very dirty, i didnt like it at all, it had dirty marks in many places. the shower could have been cleaner.

Location..Excellent place to stay if you have business in Canary Wharf.
Also great connection to the Railway network..The DLR stations of East India and Blackwall are a walking distance from the hotel..
The air freshener in the Lobby and the lifts was over powering at times..
