Great location. Ground floor room a little noisy
Pros:

Great location. Friendly staff. Great that we could leave our luggage with them while we went exploring both before and after check in / out

Cons:

Ground floor room. Very noisy with doors slamming from early hours of the morning. We have previously stayed here on upper floors and no problems.
No ‘proper’ tea in the bedroom, just herbal.

Cons:

Room 208 was dirty , complained got moved to 008 nicer room complained again as mattress was dirty
To be fair the staff were really nice and apologised and did give the room a deep clean.

Skanūs pusryčiai, angliško tipo, nėr didelio pasirinkimo, bet skanu.

Cons:

Vonuos kambarys! Kaip laivo kajutėj. Unitazas aukštai pakabintas, nepatogu sėdint reikalus atlikinėti.

The hotel is tired and shabby.
Pros:

Not a lot. Close to DLR. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Cons:

The rooms are very shabby and cold. The bathroom smelled. The hotel as a whole needs a refurbishment.

The location was good

Cons:

The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet, dirty teaspoons and a sticky patch on the toilet seat.
The breakfast was poor, with only side plates to eat from, and bland, flavourless eggs and cheap sausages. I've stayed at Ibis a few times. This was the worst.

For a quick one night in and out to go to the o2 arena it served its purpose
Pros:

Was easy enough to find and a short uber ride from the o2 arena

Cons:

It was outdated, carpets were dirty and stained, beds were very thin and uncomfortable and our room wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival as there was empty bottles in the small part used for hanging clothes
