We are regulars at the Amora. Great value and great location.

Not able to stream content from phones/devices to the TV, and only free to air viewing options avail

The staff were not helpful whatsoever: we weren't able to stream content from our phones or tablets to the TV at all, and the Amora staff didn't even attempt to resolve the connection issues despite us telling them twice (once after hours, and once during the day).

We ended up calling an external company's helpdesk (the company that provides their "Ruckus" boxes to connect to the TV and provide wifi) to assist with internet connection, as the prompts on the Amora website said our room didn't exist. Unfortunately they weren't able to resolve the problem, and could only advise to ask the Amora staff for assistance. We did so, but to no avail (we were told someone would come up to our room to see what was happening and try to resolve it, but no one came).

Pros:

Central location and very pretty on the river, good buffet breakfast, easy swipecard access. The room was clean, although in the unreported part of the hotel.

Cons:

The staff, upon check-in, need to work on their customer service skills.
You have to pay extra for overnight parking.
There was no kids rate for breakfast, and it wasn't included.
We booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was a small queen room with a fold-out sofa that touched the queen bed when it was folded out. This made the already small room cramped.
The bathroom was adequately appointed and clean, but there is no screen on the shower, and it's just a rain-head.

Fijn hotel!
Pros:

Fijne locatie met de tram voor de deur. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamer was ruim en netjes.
Super fijn dat er een koelkastje aanwezig was in de kamer.

Cons:

Ik mis een plankje in de douche waar je je eigen zeep en shampo kunt neerzetten.
