I attended a conference that was held at the Amora Herenica. The 2 bedroom apartment I booked was spacious, beds are comfortable and great access to the balcony.

Cons:

Very unclean in areas. You could tell the rooms had been cleaned and the beds had been made however on arrival there were large amounts of dust on bed side tables, behind the bed side tables had what looked like over a years worth of dust collected. Cables behind the bed side tables had thick dust hanging from them. You could see where the vacuum cleaner had been on the carpets because around the skirting boards in the bedrooms wad again very dusty. The carpet where the dust was sitting was a completely different colour to the rest that had been vacuumed. Shower in the upstairs bathroom had soap scum on the white tiles also.

Very convenient and comfortable, room cleaning needs some work.
Pros:

Great hotel, great location, staff are very friendly. We were upgraded which was nice as we had a late flight in. Comfortable bed and the restaurant was nice and there are great seating areas to sit and work.

Cons:

We found the cleaning of our room sporadic and often towels or amenities were not replaced. Rubbish was left in the hallways by cleaners and the carpets are quite grubby and worn.

Pros:

Love the location, love running and the close proximity to the Yarra trail is perfect.
Friendly staff

Lots of eating and drinking venues within walking distance

The shower in our room was in a bath that didn’t have any protection over the drain!

Great Hotel
Pros:

Loved the location and the atmosphere
Great buffet breakfast variety too .

Cons:

Sofabed was uncomfortable , not enough towels in bathroom and no soap just body wash. Also didnt like that we could adjust the temp in our room very warm . Hate to be in there on a really hot day .
