The staff were impeccable friendly and helpful from the get go. Always smiling. The breakfast buffet was awesome with heaps of options. Ordered room service which was prompt fresh hot and delicious, especially the Gnocchi. There's a tram at the front door, on 10mins to the CBD!
Absolutely love the pillow menu! Great idea.
And you can't beat a glass of red by the fireplace!
The balcony area was huge but a little dirty but for us not an issue but others might complain. Room was a little tiny as had 2 single beds, but again we weren't there to be in the room. Despite not saying anything we were offered to move to a larger room but we were happy to stay where we were.

We only stayed one night, for a function at The Bridge Hotel across the road, but we were very happy with everything Amora Herenica had to offer.
We parked underneath the hotel and received free parking via the hotel reception at check in - very convenient and appreciated.
Our room was on the second floor with lovely glimpses of the river from our balcony. The bed was very comfy and the room itself was spacious and clean.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent - we had the option of the full buffet breakfast for $32 or we could order a light brekky at the bar. We opted for the latter and enjoyed a delicious breakfast burger and good coffee.
There were plenty of places to relax in the restaurant/bar/foyer area of the hotel, which was perfect as we were staying with a large group of family members.
We definitely recommend staying here and will be back to explore the Richmond area further.

Lack of mini bar options or bottles or even a jug of water in the fridge. Uncomfortable pillows , bed also not comfortable, Was also not impressed by the lack of wifi coverage to the room (Google cast provided barely connected to be able to use it), and no smart tvs or entertainment options for when it's wet outside etc .....
The spa in the room, the water temp was really hot, downstairs live music good atmosphere
The water pressure was pretty bad in the shower
Would have liked it if the room service was available later
We love the location and accessibility ti trams. Also like the improvements that have been made to the public spaces.

Bed wasn’t that comfy and possibly the worst shower we have had. Took ages to regulate the temperature and the pressure was ordinary.
