My worst stay in the hotel. They couldn’t get me another room because was fully booked on the first night.
Pros:

I was lodged in a disabled room ,where guests had to sit to have a shower and the bathroom was flooded after showering. The bathroom was smelling because of poor drainage.

Pros:

After having a bad experience with ibis in Stevenage I was a bit concerned after booking the ibis in Thurrock
But I was pleasantly surprised had an amazing room clean tidy comfortable bed quite
Staff were very helpful also the cleaning staff made us welcome
We had the buffet breakfast which was fine enough choices and fairly reasonable for 12£ per person including refill coffee and juices,also being a bank holiday the check out was 12.00 which was a great added extra
