That you can't use money it's just card, Noisey people above us shouting and swearing until the early hours,

Cons:

On an industrial estate, bit of a faff to get to are a long drive, but lot's of parking, so no worries there.

Perfect for our overnight stop.
Pros:

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and good size with air conditioning. Plenty of seating at the bar and outside.

It would’ve been better if there was more space entering the room. It was a tight squeeze entering in my wheelchair, the bed was too close to the door

Decent place to stay but could do with a revamp.
Pros:

The location is great, local to lakeside with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The rooms in the reception rooms are dated, the building doesn’t have Aircon in the rooms. There was a heatwave this past week and the room was so hot it was impossible to get any sleep, couldn’t open the window because of the noise from the m25.
