Staff were friendly and helpful.
Perfect distance from the airport for us, and it is easy to get back onto the main road. Restaurant and breakfast made the stay easy.
Location really good, plenty of parking, easy to check in and friendly staff, bed was so comfortable and the room really good value for money
Not sure if we was given a different room to what we booked as it was a lot smaller than the pictures showed and we opted for the large double room as we thought it said it was bigger than the family suite and accessible room from what it said online regarding room size so it was very small
Clean and cozy
There’s nothing to not like about the place actually
Plenty of parking, easy access to retail area and motorway. Comfortable bed, large TV and good shelving/storage in the room.
Bathroom drains smelt badly. Body wash container in the shower kept falling off due to damaged holding bracket.
Friendly staff, excellent food. About 30 mins drive to Stratford International to park so not bad at all compared to London city centre hotel prices. Comfy bed and pillows.
Awfully beige/taupe room with wood chip wallpaper and no artwork on the walls. Was a bit prison cell-like, but was spotlessly clean. Bashed my toe badly on the step-up into the bathroom. Lots of road noise if you need to sleep with the windows open if you are on the motorway side of the building.
The hotel was clean and comfortable
There was no rubbish bin in the room. Also being a high step to get in the bathroom there could be a sign to warn you coming out as it's a big drop thinking about health and safety on their part
I spoke to the staff regarding the fan not working in the bathroom but said the maintenance guy doesnt turn up till the morning but no one came in the morning aswell so not happy as the bedroom smelt of sewage and had to keep the window open aswell so it was quiet noisy at night
