We had a fantastic stay at Ibis London Thurrock M25 in March 2026. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. The staff were genuinely friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome.
The room was spotless, modern and very comfortable. The bed was especially great – we all slept really well. Everything we needed was there, and the hotel felt safe and well looked after.
The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the M25 and nearby shops and restaurants, making it perfect whether you’re travelling for business or with family like we were.
Overall, it was excellent value for money and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!

All good apart from lack of fried eggs and amount charged for my dogs. 🐶
Pros:

Everything I needed and it was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was great, but I would have preferred fried eggs instead of scrambled. Also an extra £20 per dog per night was a bit steep. Why charge for both dogs ??? You don’t clean the room twice !!!

Value for money but needs some TLC on the room

Location was close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Couldn’t work TV, too complicated and needed it connected to internet to work. Gave up in end.
Room looks like it needs a refurbishment. Poor layout with little space to put laptop or make teas etc

Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was a good location to our event.

Cons:

The corridor and bedroom both had a strange smell, the bedroom's was a bleachy/cleaning product smell, the bathroom taps were tarnished.
At breakfast the following morning the food was very mediocre, the cooked breakfast was not very hot and therefore not eaten and left on our plates.
