So much noise in the corridors! You can hear everything, constantly being woken up by maids, other guests talking, even heard a gentleman snoring in his sleep next door!

Pros:

Was worried as the m25 was just outside the window but the soundproofing was amazing. Really comfortable beds.

Bathroom was a 'pod'. Clean and fine but a bit noisy

Fantastic location for shopping, and connecting to places like Bluewater, London etc. Free parking. Very good customer service throughout
