The Mgr and most staff were very helpful and knowledgable.
Pros:

Perfect location and an epic old hotel with nice works of art, antique furniture, good food and modern facilities. Their mgt made a change for us to avoid traffic noise.

Cons:

Stay above the ground level.
Traffic noise is a problem at night.

The worst stay in a beautiful trip... Not worth half the price.

Everything. It has allegedly 4 stars, looks promising from the outside and charges outrageously high prices like a luxury hotel while being perhaps 2 stars worth in real value. The rooms are drab, run-down, bare. Like a cheap motel room. With a great photographer. Breakfast is terrible too. Best joke is the bathroom. It has a motion detector for the light and when you need to go to the bathroom at night, in the dark, all of a sudden you are in a full floodlight to wake you up completely. I tried to cover the motion detector with a band aid, but even that didn't help. My worst nightmare. Never again...

Schöne Aussicht: ein Zimmer mit einem kleinem Balkon Richtung See.

Cons:

Der Kaffee war schlecht, das Frühstück wazwischen langweilig und ok (der Speck war knusprig und gut).
Der Strassenlärm (Fenster absolut nicht schalldicht), die Ringhörigkeit des Zimmers.

Hotel byl na skvělém, ale spousta jiných negativ.

Poloha a výhled byly skvělé

Cons:

Na hotelu je vidět,že je zastaralý, na pokoji nebyla ani voda, ani třeba varná konvice na čaj. Parkování velmi zle označeno, takže jsem parkovala v městské garáži, ani po doptání mi možnost parkovat v garáži nebyla nabídnuta. Snídaně velmi obyčejná, alens krásným výhledem.

The room is clean.

Cons:

My room is at the top floor with a small window. The window is facing the kitchens' ventilation and therefore a bit noisy till 10.30 pm. As I cannot open the window due to the noise and therefore I felt hot staying in the room. Lucky that the staff sent fan to me which lower down the temperature of the room. The location of the hotel is convenient but they are facing the road and some motor cycle would make noise on the road during midnight. If you want a very quite environment, recommend to stay somewhere else.

Une magnifique chambre avec la vue sur le lac et la conciergerie à de très bon conseils. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Nous pouvons nous rendre partout à pied

Petit bémol, la route était sous la fenêtre de la chambre. Il arrivait que nous entendions la circulation durant la nuit.

Frühstück: Leider sind Speisen und Getränke von auffallend mangelhafter Qualität (z.B. minderwertiger Saft, Kuchen und Backwaren aus Fabrikfertigung); Besonders unagenehm war: Eine Mitarbeiterin griff auf den Boden und anschließend mit bloßen Händen Speisen am Buffet an. Das sollte in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie nicht vorkommen.

La habitación tenía unas magníficas vistas al lago y era muy grande. El hotel está muy céntrico. Tiene un bonito restaurante. El desayuno fue fantástico.
