Attention place de parking limitée
Pros:

Sanitaire déjeuner

Cons:

On a réservé avec un parking et il n´y avait plus de place on a dut se garer à 400 m mais 24€ la nuit abusé
Patrimoine pour la ch rien avoir avec les photos et ce n´était pas 2 lits simple et il ne voulait pas nous donner une ch avec 2 lits au final on a eu mais galère

Great location and nice view. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Cons:

Breakfast felt very cheap and felt like they try to cut costs - Even plane water in the room was charged extra. Did not match the otherwise great historic and classy atmosphere of the place.

A perfect base for a visit to Lake Como.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, balancing old-world charm with contemporary style, in the heart of Como with easy access to boat and train transport, wonderfully friendly staff and an excellent included breakfast.

The perfect starting point to explore both lakeshores of Lake Como
Pros:

The hotel has a central location in the city of Como, near the old town city center, and it's the perfect starting point to explore both of the Lake Como shores. It's a 2m walk if you arrive by boat, bus or train.
The room size was smaller than desired, but the bathroom (fully renovated) and comfort of the bed, made up for it.
The breakfast was very good, with a large variety of options for every taste

Wonderful stay right on the lake with very kind staff.
Pros:

Location is great. Front desk help was attentive and answered questions in English very well. The double room is great if you aren’t spending a ton of time at the hotel.
