Izuzetna lokacija.Uredan.Osoblje ljubazno.

Cons:

Možda je u odnosu na cijenu doručak u nekim segmentima mogao biti raznovrsniji. WiFi nije uvijek dobar. TV nekada u funkciji,nekada ne.

Estadia encantadora
Pros:

Excelente localização na Piazza Cavour, na beira do Lago di Como e bem no centrinho histórico da cidade. Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários da recepção e do restaurante.

Seul l'emplacement est bien , mais tout le reste est moyenâgeux.

Pas de place pour la voiture, parking payant à 10min à pied.
Chambre du moyen âge , bruyante , literie usée, sale de bain d'un autre âge.
Restaurant médiocre, tenue par des pakistanais seuls à bord.
Petit déjeuner très très moyen pour ce tarif.!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super und das Personal freundlich.

Das Badezimmer war renoviert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, das wir hatten, war ziemlich heruntergekommen und hatte nichts mit dem zu tun, was hier auf Booking oder bei Instagram zu sehen ist/gezeigt wird. Die gesamte Einrichtung des Zimmers war total alt und machte keinen gemütlichen guten Eindruck.
Unter dem Bett war es sehr staubig, die Tapeten ziemlich abgerockt.
Es gab kein kostenfreies Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, kann man in Italien vielleicht nicht anders erwarten. Wenig Auswahl, trockene Weißbrötchen und das Rührei war fertig-Rührei mit einer schleimigen Konsistenz.

Apart from the excellent location, there are no other reasons to stay there.

Cons:

Breakfast limited but ok.
Waiters unfriendly at breakfast. Zero greetings for the 3 days we stayed there.
Room was very basic. Had to request tea and coffee making facility.

The location, the view, the breakfast--100% great
Pros:

a bit noisy at times, but the view of the lake, the lights at night, made up for the occasional noisy times. Really wasn't that bad--thanks to great windows.

Cons:

the bed/pillow weren't very comfortable.

Cons:

extermely poor wifi service, disappointed on the disconnection all time. TV in the room was completed disaster. the sound system is just off. room looked very cheap. poor conditions.
