La ubicacion es inmejorable.
Tuvimos un problema con la cama supletoria. Eramos 3 adultos y la cama pequeña era para niño.
En cuanto lo comentamos en recepcion, nos buscaron la mejor solucion posible.
El desayuno con mucha variacion y calidad.

Pros:

Sehr zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück vor allem sehr überraschend für Italien! Auto Parking Reservierung perfekt, durften sogar noch länger als bis nur zum Aus-Chec-Termin bleiben! Wir haben das Hotel unseren Bekannten empfohlen, die Anfang Sommer nach Como reisen werden.

Cons:

Es hat uns wirklich alles gefallen! Sehr grosszügig, dass sogar unser Hund gratis willkommen war!

Die Ansprache des Personals war sehr freundlich und natürlich ist die Lage sehr toll. Es war im Zimmer gemütlich warm. Ich würde wiederkommen, wenn das Zimmer nicht im 1.Stock wäre.

Cons:

Es war durch den Straßenlärm ( im 1.Stock) megalaut. Das hat mich schlecht schlafen lassen. Ein paar Dinge fehlten, wie Hausschuh oder Schuhlöffel. TV funktionierte zuerst nicht. Dann fragte ich nach. Es kam erst auf 2x Nachfragen jmd. Es gab nur ital.Kanäle. Die Kuschel- Bettdecke war mit Blutflecken beschmiert und wurde nach Aufforderung direkt umgetauscht. Das Waschbecken war ziemlich sportlich montiert und ragte wie eine Art Zunge in das Badezimmer. Es klappte aber, es zu nutzen. Insgesamt aber war der Aufenthalt angenehm.

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the city center. The staff were very friendly, trustworthy, and always willing to help. We really appreciated their kindness and support during our stay.
