Kort maar zeer aaangemaan verblijf in Como
Pros:

Ligging. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer nette en propere kamer met prachtig zicht over het meer en het uitgebreide verzorgd ontbijt.

Un très bon séjour à Côme, un hôtel très agréable et confortable, mais salle de bains à améliorer.
Pros:

La situation au bord du lac, l'ambiance italienne, le garage sécurisé, les chiens admis, la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

la salle de bains très petite et l'accès à la baignoire "pericoloso" ! Même pas une poignée pour s'aider à rentrer dans la baignoire ou pour ouvrir le robinet avant de prendre le bain. Pas de revêtement "accrochant" dans le fond de la baignoire qui était très glissante ! Très difficile d'en sortir !!! Et le pommeau de douche mériterait d'être décalcarisé! Le restaurant fut en dessous de nos attentes, rapport qualité-prix trop cher pour certains plats, comme la terrine de foies de volaille sèche, sans goût et très peu avenante. Par contre le risotto et filets de perche était parfait. Le vin rouge "Dolcetto d'Alba" quelconque... service souriant et dévoué mais peu compétent en cuisine italienne !

Pros:

Albergo centralissimo, affacciato proprio sul lago; molto pulito, accogliente e con uno stile antico ma allo stesso tempo nuovo e curato.
Il personale disponibilissimo. Buona colazione a buffet. Possibilità di parcheggio nel garage su prenotazione. Le camere sono molto belle.

Achtung! Wenn sie wegen dem Parkplatz am Haus dort buchen: sie werden zum Parkhaus weitergeleitet.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am See, wobei die sehr befahrene Straße noch davor verläuft. Wir hatten allerdings ein Zimmer zum Hof, was wahrscheinlich bedeutend leiser war

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist problematisch. Leider wird mit Plätzen am Haus geworben. Dann bekommt man nach abgeschlossener Buchung die Info, dass man im Parkhaus , welches in gut 5-10 Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt ist, parken muss. Am Haus selber gibt es lediglich eine Minigarage und 3 Plätze außen.
Man bekommt zwar einen prioritäres Einfahrtsticket für besagtes Parkhaus, das garantiert auch bei vollem Parkhaus einfahren zu dürfe, nur leider reihen sich an dem Schalter auch andere Kunden ein. Somit standen wir geschlagene 45 Minuten an, um einfahren zu können. Es wäre ehrlicher dies vor der Buchung besser zu kommunizieren. Wir hätten sicherlich woanders gebucht, wenn wir denn eh im Parkhaus landen.

Das ganze Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten quietschen und die Kunststoff Bettdecke ist eventuell zwar antiallergen, aber nicht atmungsaktiv.
Wir waren für den Preis doch ziemlich entäuscht

Kahvaltı müthiştii çook lezzetliydi..konum harikaa göl kenarı manzara müthişş..tren istasyonuna 15 dk vapur iskelesine 2 dk yürüme mesafesi..odalar ve otel çok temiz, yatak çok konforlu..çalışanlar çook güleryüzlü ve ilgili..özellikle resepsiyondan farah hanım ve zouhair bey ve restoran bardan vladimir bey harika insanlar işlerinde çok profesyoneller müşteri memnuniyeti odaklılar..kendilerine çook teşekkür ederim iyikii tanıştık bidaha bu otele gidicem sebebi bu güzel insanlar :)

Das Hotel ist im Zentrum und gleich am See. Der Bahnhof ist 15min zu fuss erreichbar.

After driving for 7 hours I was expecting normal room, it was not normal, it was very small.
