Misinformation about when evening meals would be available.
I was told that there was no evening meals available on the Monday of our stay, which was understandable as our stay was during the low season, but that evening meals would be available from Tuesday onwards. I checked on Tuesday morning after breakfast and was assured that there would be meals available that evening. In the early evening of Tuesday I inquired as to what time the evening meal would be served, only to be told that there would be no meals served that evening and it would be Wednesday before evening meals would be available.
Meals were served on Wednesday but I found it slightly annoying that the staff in the reception were not on the same wavelength regarding evening meal times. I have to say that the reception staff were very efficient in all other matters and that I would have no reservations about staying at this hotel in the future.

Had a brilliant stay, little niggles in room but wouldn’t have mentioned if not been asked

Shower pressure, Shower liquid empty. coffee tea etc. not replenished
Bedside tables tiny causing issue with telephone cable and cup spilling coffee.
Only 3 hangers and no coat hooks for outdoor coats

Pros:

Room was very spacious, plenty of room for my son to jump and run around.
Staff was very friendly, got an upgrade on arrival so that was wonderful.
Beds very comfy.
Shower was just deadly.
Breakfast was amazing and I wouldn't be much of a breakfast eater but there was plenty of foods to choose from.

Cons:

To nit pick now I'd say the tv could do with an upgrade.
