The hotel is a great location. It's walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel and rooms were clean and well decorated nicely. We loved that we had a view of the river and could open our window and hear the water. We had such a nice stay here.
The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped. Our shower drain was not working well and did not drain as needed. We actually had to shut off the water to soap up, then turn it back on the rinse. It wasn't too inconvenient and frankly, we forgot to let the hotel staff know. We were so happy with everything else at the hotel and this was such a minor inconvenience that it slipped our mind.
When we first checked into the hotel our second room had a bunch of flies or moths flying around. We couldn't tell what they were. It seemed like the previous people in the room opened the window and they bugs got in. The hotel staff quickly moved us to a new room and waited while we inspected it to be sure we were happy with it. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to fix the issue.
Very clean, comfortable. (not enough clothes hangers and not enough linen drawers.) I liked how one of the front desk staff helped me contact and retrieve something I left behind on a bus tour. I like how the night staff, when they were not busy, gave me guidance about the city.

Location was perfect, the staff were very professional under the leadership of the manager, Daniel, who was a credit to “Leonardo”hotels. The rooms were great and immaculate. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Limpeza durante a estadia, quando chegamos o quarto estava bem limpo, mas, a manutenção durante a estadia deixou a desejar. Café da manhã também é limitado a poucas opções. Não recebi ajuda para transportar as malas, e estava com bebê, portanto muitas bagagens e precisava de ajuda . O estacionamento público custa 20 euros por dia, tem acesso na recepção do hotel o que auxilia, mas, apenas as vagas familiares e para deficientes que são amplas.

L'hôtel est situé au cœur du "quartier latin" de Galway, très animé. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable.
Le petit-déjeuner est médiocre compte tenu du prix des chambres et du standing de l'hôtel. Le lit est encore dans un format 140, en dehors de la norme pour cette catégorie d'hôtel.
The room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was amazingly good. Staff was superb. Excellent central hotel location in walking distance to the pier.
