We stayed at the hotel at the end of October with our two dogs (around 24 kg each).

Despite the low ratings, we had a very good experience. Our room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells. Everything was well maintained. There was also a kettle, tea, and instant coffee in the room.

The room was spacious, and the staff were very friendly towards our dogs. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, which is completely understandable.

We had a parking space in the underground garage. You can also buy soft drinks at the reception.

The location is convenient, and there is a nice park just behind the hotel, which is great for walking the dogs.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and a positive experience!

Cons:

The only downsides were the mattress, which was too soft, almost like a marshmallow, the small duvets, and the very soft pillows.

Trevligt ordinärt hotell i utkanten av Lubeck, ca 5 km till centrala Lybeck
Bra säng och badrum
Hade vattenkokare
Bra parkeringsmöjligheter i närheten av hotellet

Cons:

Det fanns dåligt med möjligheter att köpa mat
Fanns en restaurang i anslutning till hotellet och så hittade jag en mataffär inte långt från hotellet, i övrigt inte så mycket.
WiFi fanns men var under all kritik. Jag lyckades koppla upp mig men inte använda det.

Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage ist gut und Hund ist erlaubt

Cons:

Teppichboden. Es gibt nichts was unhygienischer ist, das auch noch mit Hund. Das ist unüberlegt. Ein Boden den ihr Servicepersonal putzen kann , ist deffinitiv hygienischer.

Cons:

Wir waren gestern etwas zu früh im Hotel. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns weder angelächelt noch begrüßt. Ihr Verhalten war sehr unhöflich und hat bei uns ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl hinterlassen. Sie sagte lediglich: „Check-in ab 15 Uhr.“

Natürlich verstehen wir, dass der Check-in erst ab 15 Uhr möglich ist. Trotzdem hätten wir uns eine freundlichere Begrüßung und einen höflicheren Umgang gewünscht.

Preis- und Leistung so naja!!! Für eine Durchreise reicht es !!!!!
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, beim Check-in war auch alles reibungslos. Zimmer war warm. Der Parkettboden war top, da wir mit Hund angereist sind.
Parkplätze waren genug in der Umgebung vorhanden.
Es gab zwei Schlüssellarten

Cons:

Die Betten waren nicht wie gebucht(1xDoppelbett und 1x Einzelbett).
Die Sauberkeit war so mittelmäßig, an der Decke im Schlaf/Wohnbereich waren Staubflusen, im Bad viele Kalkflecken, an der Seifenablage in der Dusche ist Ansatz von Schimmel, die Duschkabine ließ sich nicht richtig schließen.
In der Stehlampe fehlte das Leuchtmittel, nur kleine Tischlampen keine Deckenleuchte.
Duschkopf hatte nur Strahleinstellung wo das Wasser mit großem Druck raus kam. Toilettenpapier war extrem dünn.
Die Einrichtung/Ausstattung könnte mal erneuert werden bsp. Fön, Steckdosen, alte Telefonfosen.
