Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Such a gorgeous hotel, located a short walk from the centre. The rooms and terraces are mix and spacious. Lovely pool and bar. The staff were fantastic and very friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

although close to everthing, there is either a walk up or down. easily fixed with a taxi to the alhambra or the centro, then catch the local buses. the bus goes right by the hotel but not sure of where it stops.

Personnel très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambre très agréable et propre.
Hôtel dans quartier résidentiel calme et agréable et 10 minutes du centre.
Belle piscine pour se rafraîchir.

Cons:

Transats et terrasse de piscine sales et pas nettoyés pendant notre séjour de 4 jours.

Habitacion muy amplia con balcon, cama muy comoda, muy buen desayuno y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Se salia el agua de la ducha por el suelo, no habia gel durante las 4 noches, el aire no enfriaba bien, enchufes rotos, bombilla rota, y se escucha mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones, incluso de las duchas.

Pros:

Prácticamente todo fue perfecto; el apartamento 501 era bastante grande, tenía una vista preciosa, era cómodo y el personal fue amable y profesional.

Cons:

Los grifos de la bañera necesitan ser reemplazados; son muy viejos. Además, se debería instalar una barrera protectora para evitar que el agua salpique dentro de la habitación.

Cons:

Entraron en la habitación (sin avisar) para arreglar la bañera ya que estaba desconchada, la pintaron, la dejaron con las pisadas y todo el suelo también con los trozos de desconchar la bañera. Tuve que avisar para que la limpiaran.

La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

No está acorde con las 4 estrellas y necesita reformas en los baños y en general. Tiene parking delante del hotel además de otro al lado. Pero te cobran igual aunque esté fuera en la puerta del hotel. No me parece correcto.
