a little noise in the room from the airco units on the roof
Very average room. Did not match the images of the hotel on Booking site. Location was good, not far from Alhambra and old town. Clearly a hotel that has seen better days, but did not do the investments to keep up.
Average, small room, with tiny window. No toilet paper on arrival. Noisy hallway.
La habitación muy grande y limpia, buena atención por parte del servicio sobre todo en el desayuno, muy atentas.
Solo necesita de algunos detalles como eliminar la humedad y descolchamientos de las paredes, alguna luz indirecta para la noche y espejos.
Además no me pareció nada bien que el parking fuera en la misma puerta al descubierto y al paso de todo viandante y cobren la tarifa como el que lo mete en el subterráneo.

Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación porque estábamos a 10 minutos del centro y nos facilitaba todo y así, no cogíamos bus ni gastos extras de más.
No es no gustar, fue que un personal nos dijo que no podíamos estar en la piscina porque estaba cerrada hasta el día uno de junio, luego al día siguiente vi a mucha gente dentro de la piscina y si si se podía entrar. NO me agrado ese trato de poco interés.
La piscina y estaba cerrada en el puente de mayo.
Que no funcionaba el aire acondicionado ni el mando de la tele. Que nos pusiesen en la planta 5 cuando éramos pocos huéspedes alojados.

Mi coche no cabía en el garaje, la habitación muy mal insonorizada, el baño sin ventilación, no pude elegir entre ducha y bañera, uno de los focos del baño se cayó (estaba en el suelo cuando llegamos), dimos aviso pero nadie vino. No pusieron un gorro de ducha ni repusieron los vasos de cartón. La piscina estaba abierta aunque pone que abren el 1 de junio por lo que no íbamos preparados.

El ruido de la calle con el paso de los coches. El ayuntamiento tiene que hacérselo mirar en cuanto al mantenimiento de alcantarillado.

Muy viejo todo en la habitación, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, ni frio ni calor, la limpieza no se realizó. Los empleados nada simpáticos.
Una lástima porque hay mucho turismo extranjero y la imagen de un 4 edtrellas español va a quedar por los duelos. No repetiría por nada.
