Pros:

Die Lage war okay, fußläufig 20 min zur Alhambra, 20 min zur Altstadt.
Zu unserer Überraschung hatte man uns ein Upgrade zugeteilt, so dass wir zu den regulären Zimmern nichts sagen können.
Das Frühstück wsr reichhaltig.
Das Hotel hatten wir aufgrund einer Parkmöglichkeit gewählt.

Cons:

Die warmen Komponenten des Frühstücks hätten heißer sein können.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr schöne Lage. Parkhaus in der Nähe, 10 Minuten fußläufig. Alles war sauber. Schön fanden wir auch die Bar im Hause.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Ein bisschen lieblos auf den Tischen aber okay.

Pros:

Nos subieron de cagegoria a una suit. Muy amplia y bonita.
El hotel esta a unos 20 minutos del centro, cerca y lo suficientemente alejado para poder descansar sin ruidos.

Cons:

Tiene q mejorar un poco el mantenimiento. La ducha funcionaba a medias. La lluvia no funcionaba, la alcachofa no se sujetaba al enganche de la pared de la ducha, tragaba fatal..

Pros:

La cama y almohadas eran cómodas. El trato del personal de recepción como las trabajadoras del desayuno ha sido excepcional.
La variedad en el desayuno es bastante amplia.

Cons:

Elegimos habitación con balcón pero nuestro balcón daba a un tejado. Pensábamos que tenía parking y un vez allí no había ningún plaza libre, se nos hizo imposible contactar con el hotel ya que todo el rato hablábamos con una máquina que no resolvía nuestra duda, contando con la ubicación de la zona, se nos hizo difícil aparcar. Las imágenes que muestra la app se ven mucho más "modernas, completas y de mejor calidad" que como están en la actualidad. Las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas. Para ser un un hotel 4 estrellas deberia estar un poco más actualizado.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, el hotel es muy bonito y la habitación esta bastante bien sobre todo lo que más me gustó la comodidad de la cama y el balcón

Cons:

Lo que no me gustó fue que justo en nuestra habitación no hay persiana y el parking porque tiene pocas plazas hay que reservarlo con tiempo

Cosas por mejorar
Pros:

La ubicación por la cercanía al centro y comunicación con línea de bus y tren turístico

Cons:

Los colchones podían ser algo mejores para un hotel 4* colchón básico de muelles... La ducha al activar la extensión salía agua por el grifo y la extensión a la vez (falta de mantenimiento) partes de la silicona del baño con manchas de moho, si te guías por las fotos que ves luego te encuentras que ha pasado tiempo desde esas fotos hasta que tú llegas al sitio.
