Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Un excellent séjour et un personnel exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Los Ángeles de Grenade. La chambre était vraiment très bien, confortable et impeccable. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu et tout le personnel est accueillant, aimable et serviable.

Nous tenons tout particulièrement à remercier le monsieur de la réception qui nous a aidés lorsque nous avons appris que notre train de retour était annulé en raison de la grève. Il a pris beaucoup de son temps pour nous aider à chercher une solution afin d’obtenir un remboursement. Même si nous n’avons malheureusement pas réussi à finaliser la démarche, nous avons été très touchés par sa gentillesse, sa patience et sa disponibilité.

C’est vraiment appréciable de rencontrer des personnes aussi humaines et attentionnées, qui font tout leur possible pour aider leurs clients, même lorsque le problème ne dépend pas de l’hôtel.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et une mention toute particulière à ce monsieur de la réception pour son aide précieuse et son extrême gentillesse. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

I reserved a double room for single occupancy but was happy to get a room very spacious, king size bed, and a balcony with a view.
The staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

I didn't have a shower, only a big jacuzzi bathtub.
Hotel parking was not free, and the hotel is located on a no-street-parking zone, so l had no choice but to pay for the parking, 20€ per day is costly.

Good location but eat and drink out
Pros:

The hotels location is very good within easy walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The room was a good size the terrace was a lovely addition. Overall a good hotel.

Cons:

Reception staff efficient but unwelcoming. Both bar staff on the Saturday evening of our stay were dismissive and outright rude. We asked at the bar for a coffee and were told they had other guests who wanted to order food. They could have told us about the drinks vending machine in the lobby but did not do so. Such a shame as they let the hotel down.

Pros:

Het zwembad, de ligging en de openingstijden zijn top! Ze serveren de beste patatas bravas bij de zwembadbar, die we in 3 weken rondreizen in Andalusië hebben gegegeten! Superaardig personeel! Ontbijt is best uitgebreid. En de binnenplaats boven is heel relaxed!
Ligging dichtbij centrum.

Nogal gehorig. Konden buren vaak horen.
