The worse place ever
Pros:

We ended up checking in really late at night. My son and my wife are disabled so we just get in the room. We just lay on the bed and pass out waking up in the morning at seven in the morning. My wife notices there’s a hole on the bathroom And the shower doesn’t work so I may take a shower was And was told there was nothing they can do for me

Nice big pool and warm water in pool. Bed was comfortable. Room had lots of humidity, had to keep room cold just so the condensation on the floor wouldn't build up. I don't like the room to be so cold. Very minimal towels. Room somewhat dirty and damaged. Website said breakfast was included, but it wasn't. Even the cheapest hotels offer some snacks for their breakfast. Very disappointed. Not sure why the place cost so much and you don't get much for it.

This property has no hot tub , no free breakfast you have to pay for breakfast which is not worth buying. I stayed 5 days without any hot water to take a shower the whole time. The worker in the breakfast room was rude and even insulting to a customer where she called him stupid. I asked to speak with the manager and was told they were on a plane out of the country. I mean how can you run a motel without a manager on duty. Overall I was not happy.

Unsafe and inhabitable no hot water. Mold on linens, peeling paint. Not good for children.

If no hot water, staff are not thoroughly washing hands to serve food or washing linens.

Non caring staff under these poor lodging conditions.

Hotel is great- bed sucks
Pros:

The hotel is much nicer inside than outside- amazing location- pool side is the way to go. Bed and pillows are HORRENDOUS- very uncomfortable
