Renovation in progress and nothing informed us of that when making reservation.

The photos online are not reflective of the property. This hotel is 4 years old and it has never been updated. There was old furniture sracked in the lobby that you had to walk around just to get to the desk. The attendant was extremely rude. We had to spray the room with lysol and air freshener because of the smell.

I had gotten a room at this hotel on the evening of Tuesday 10-25-22. I was waiting at the hotel's reservation desk for about 20 minutes before I was greeted by the only employee working that evening, she had explained that the room would be $80 and the room refundable deposit would be $50 (only cash) in the event of damages. I had paid her and my room number was # 117. When I had first gotten to the room I put all of my luggage in and when right down the street to Wendy's to grab something to eat and headed back to eat which is when I actually examined the room. It was completely horrid. There was blood stains on my blankets, holes in my towels, bugs in the bathroom, the A/C unit dripped throughout the night, the room phone was disconnected, large water stains on the ceiling, the floors were filthy, etc. I went back out to the front desk and no one was there I could not find the employee, I called many times and no one came to the phone. I ended up staying the night and promptly left at 7 AM to find another hotel, which I did at the Hyatt in Memphis. I went back to the hotel to get my $50 refunded deposit and in hopes to get a full refund. However I was meant with complete resistance who refused to properly contact the manager of the hotel. I recorded our interaction and showed him all of the photos I had taken. When I had gotten back home I contacted Choice Hotel Group to try and resolve the issue however they had stated that the hotel in question is no longer apart of their chain, they did try calling the hotel on behalf and no one picked up. I was informed that the manager's name is Julie when you call the number no no picks up 901-386-4600. I would like a refund of my $80 spent.

First room had mold all over the ceiling. Second room still smelled, but not as bad. Dead roach in the bath tub. Woke up at 5 am to screaming, door alarm, and a parking lot fight right outside our window.

The hotel is great, but it just needs a little work.

Filthy

When turning on water for shower, it was brown! Mold in the bathroom, it was as clean as you can get it being an old hotel! Staff didn’t really care if you were comfortable or not. The TV remote was missing and they had no way of getting another one, baggage cart wouldn’t roll properly and last but most frustrating part was that they had no way of printing a receipt for me.

It was so bad we didnt stay. The room was hot, smelled funny, with a sketchy group of gentlemen drinking from a paper bag at the side entrance. There was no breakfast and the pool was closed according to the sign at the front desk.

It was a crappy old Quality Inn. There wasn't even a sign for the hotel. They prominently display pictures of a very nice pool in the website, but when you get there there's a sign saying "Pool closed, no breakfast"

When I asked for a late checkout, they wanted me to come down and give them $20 before checkout to get an extra hour. I said no thanks, and someone knocked on the door at exactly 11am to make sure we didn't stay an extra minute or two to pack up.

This hotel is a COMPLETE ripoff! On their website it says they have hot breakfast AND a pool. When I got there they did not have either. The room was extremely hot and smelled bad. This hotel is more like a motel. If you’re looking for something cheap looking then this is the place. If you’re looking for a decent hotel at the least. Then this is NOT the place.

There was no pool or hot tub open nor breakfast as advertised on their outside sign. The tub has rust and hair still in the shower.

No signage, no one in the lobby upon entering. Sign on front desk reads pool closed , no breakfast. Had to wait 10 min for an employee to show up. Desk guy said no smoking property but the hotel reaked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Wanted a cash deposit of $50 but no receipt was given. Hotel was hottt. Took 2-3 hours just to cool rooms off. 1st room checkin smell horrible, very hot, room & hallways smelled of smoke. Bed was full of hair and sheets had stains and cigarette burn marks. Went to front desk to change rooms, 3rd floor room given - hallways dirty, smelled of fresh smoke. new room was completely hot and took 3 hours with window open and air on lowest setting to cool off to bearable temperature. shower drain was clogged as tub filled up from a 10 min shower. Check out was a breeze when desk guy showed up- handed me back the deposit with same cash given. Will not stay here again.

Air Conditioning did not work properly. Remote to television did not work. Pool was closed, No Breakfast.

The parking lot and lobby were dark. The room had cigarette ashes and a mildew smell in the bathroom

Location good.. No breakfast, pool closed, says no pets, but I did see a dog in the hallway. ants in the room, coffee pot with molded coffee. underwear folded in the couch. spilled water on floor, wiped with towel and towel turned black.

The property surrounding did not appear to be safe. A lot of people appeared to loitering.

The amenities were not open- pool. There was no breakfast. The location was fine for my trip. The front desk lady was a little rude when I checked in.

This hotel should be put out of business the rooms are very disgusting. I found old urine in the toilet, uneven floors through out the room, smoke detector pulled out of ceiling, no plate in microwave, smoked room, broken toilet seats in both rooms, food on walls. I was to scared to sleep in the bed. The owner got very nasty with me he told me to leave call the police if it wanted to just get out until I told him I will exspose the pictures if we didn't get our money back so my advise don't use this hotel they are not clean at all. Enter at your own risk.
