Pros:

Perfect location for us a lovely tree Line side Street right in the middle of town, very quiet ,staff were knowledgeable about the local area and helpful. we were there Ascension day long weekend and booked the last minute .as a result it was expensive and normally would never have spent that much on a room but we don't regret it. Breakfast also was a treat although we passed on the champagne

My friend and I did a mini vacation to Brugge only sornt one night but it felt like the most amazing holiday.
Pros:

Everything! The location is perfect 👌decor beautiful m, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

My only complaint would be the morning coffee. But thats just a personal preference for strong robust coffee.

Gorgeous small hotel in the centre of Bruges
Pros:

Fabulous location right in the centre of Bruges close to the canals. Friendly and helpful staff. Great bed. Well appointed.

Cons:

A great spa bath, not that we used it, but didn’t love having to clamber into the bath to have a shower. Only a small negative though. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, la service offert par le personnel est professionnel et chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec service à table , avec du vrai café. Tous les produits sont frais. Un plan de la ville est donné systématiquement à votre arrivée avec des conseils pour se restaurer ou boire. La veille au soir, à la porte de chaque chambre, on a les prévisions météos et une petite douceur. Le bar est intimiste service à partir de 12h. Parking privé à côté de l'hôtel réservable avant de venir à Bruges.

Cons:

Indépendamment de l’hôtel, attention Bruges interdit maintenant l'accès de certaines rues sans les barrer de 13 h à 18h au voiture. Compte tenu de la situation de l'hôtel, les GPS vous font systématiquement passer dans la zone à accès restreint avec PV à la clef.... L'amende arrive toujours au bout de 2 à 3 semaines....

Stilvolles und gemütliches Hotel an sehr guter Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war stilvoll und hübsch, aber eher klein. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett und extrem hilfreich. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, es wurde bedient. Man konnte ein Glas Champagner bestellen!
Die Bar mein Eingang ist gemütlich und einladend.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Die Dusche war im Bad integriert. Die Dusche oben funktionierte nicht (Wärmeregler defekt). Der Einstieg in Dusche (also Bad) war extrem hoch, fast gefährlich für ältere Gäste.

The Pand is truly right in the heart of Bruges! The staff are such nice, accommodating people and the rooms are clean and charming. You feel in the heart of the city and tucked away at the same time.

Time permitting, we would have stayed longer.
Pros:

As the name says on the tin, a charming boutique hotel, right in Brugge. Front staff were very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to all the main attractions. Room was large, lots of seating, without feeling cramped.

Cons:

Would have loved the side of the tub to be lower or better yet, a separate shower.
