Great location and staff but dated
Pros:

Lovely staff. Very helpful and welcoming. Great location. Nice decor downstairs with a lovely bar area

Beautiful boutique hotel with amazing staff who make your experience wonderful.
Pros:

The Staff was amazing. From the warm reception by Monica who helped us or the three nights we stayed as well as the breakfast staff who made a wonderful breakfast for us each morning, our stay was fantastic! In fact, we had to depart very early on our last day to catch a flight. Breakfast had not started yet. The staff went out of their way to give us to go coffees as well as Croissants! I can't say enough good things about The Pand's staff, they made our stay exceptional. The room was spotless and very well appointed, The bathroom also very nicely done and lots of hot water. I would certainly stay here again!

Cons:

The room size was a little tight but this is very typical for this type of setting. It didn't really effect our satisfaction with our experience.

Pros:

Todo! El lugar ! La atención! Detalles como que te dejan chocolates a la tarde en una bolsita de tela con una tarjeta con el pronóstico para el día siguiente! El baño es enorme en relación al tamaño de la hab! Tiene jacuzzi , ducha y los amenities de muy buena categoría ! Un placer !!! La ubicación un 10 a metros del puente del q se sacan las mejores fotografías !

Cons:

Todo hermoso ! El cuarto es relativamente pequeño pero ya sabíamos de las características pues respeta el edificio antiguo ! Y poco placard pero eso es solo un detalle

Lovely hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The Pand Hotel was perfect for our three night stay in Bruges. The staff were warm and welcoming, really helpful without being intrusive. The breakfasts were fabulous with lots of choice and fresh egg dishes made on the Aga to order. The location was perfect for us - very central but peaceful at night.

Cons:

I think the rooms would be better if there were walk in showers. Some might enjoy a bath but personally I’d rather not have had to climb in and out of the bath for a shower. A minor grumble about a lovely hotel

Location is excellent. Very quiet.

Cons:

Mattress is acceptable but sagging, one pillow per person, staff very efficient but not friendly, air conditioning works but not very well. Not good value for money.
