Great Location, the Rest is Blah
Pros:

Location is excellent. Very quiet.

Cons:

Mattress is acceptable but sagging, one pillow per person, staff very efficient but not friendly, air conditioning works but not very well. Not good value for money.

Perfect place to stay in Bruges.
Pros:

Amazing romantic boutique hotel. Spacious and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, complete with a glass of champagne. The location was perfect (right across from the famous cafe on the corner of the canal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

Cons:

Nothing at all. I only wish we had more nights here.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, with the most welcoming staff. Care and attention went into every detail… when you ask for a coffee you get more than just a coffee! And The Pand Cocktail we lovely! Great location!

Pros:

Loved our stay at this hotel. The service at breakfast and front desk was exceptional. They made our stay memorable at Bruges. The decor and location is great too. The rooms are comfortable and very cute. Will definitely comme back again with my husband. Thank you for our great stay at The Pand!

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit viel Wärme, grosser Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit
Pros:

Alle Leute vom Personal waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und aufgestellt. Kurz gesagt: sie lebten die echte Gastfreundschaft.
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.
Das Frühstück ist sehr individuell gestaltet: gewisse Speisen holt man am Buffet, gewisse Speisen werden an den Tisch serviert, u.a. auf Etageren. Eierspeisen werden individuell erfragt und wunderbar zugerichtet.
Man fühlt sich sehr als Gast und willkommen.

İt was a quiet good hotel and the location could never be better.
Pros:

The waiter ( i am sorry that i dont remember his name) was so kind and thoughtfull. İ had one of the best breakfast of my life, frond desk people also was great and house keeping guy was so helpfull, provided us everything we need.

Cons:

we stayed in room 206 was one of the biggest rooms in the hotel the pull up couch was too uncomfortable, it definitely needs to changed.
