The physical environment and location were good but the service did not live up to this standard.

Cons:

The staff were not helpful - they didn’t explain their optional room cleaning service, they were really unhelpful regarding the bike parking arrangement - we had to go up and down a couple of times until we had the correct key. We did not realise car parking was an additional cost when we booked the rooms - 13 Euros per day.

Die Lage, der Komfort, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgarage kostete mit Ermäßigung des Hotels 26,-€ für 48 Stunden.
Fast alles super!

Cons:

Beim Duschen schwankte die Temperatur des Wassers zwischen Normaltemperatur und sehr heiß.
