Hotelfabrik mit lauter Kantine

Die Lage. Die Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Der Teil des Frühstückspersonals, das eine spürbare Unlust zur Schau trägt. "Wenden Sie sich an jemanden anderes, ich gehe jetzt in die Pause" Der ungerechtfertigte hohe Preis für das Frühstück bei Komplettausfall aller Kaffeeautomaten für 2 Tage. Die Lautstärke im Frühstücksraum, der nicht durch die Gäste, sondern "fliegendes" Geschirr verursacht wurde.

Pros:

Die Zimmereinrichtung ist sehr komfortabel und multifunktional

Cons:

Leider waren alle Kaffeeautomaten defekt, somit gab es nur schwarzen Kaffee.
Die Lage liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns und ist derzeit durch Baustellen beeinträchtigt, welche den Fussweg in die Innenstadt erschweren.

Pros:

Camera mare, curat, mic dejun continental foarte bun. Se oferă la recepție apă pentru cameră. La o distanță de 15-20 min de mers pe jos până la gara. Zona liniștită și aproape de centru.

Cons:

Salteaua destul de moale (preferință personală). Pentru alții poate e perfectă.

Wir waren zu viert und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, zu Fuß Rheinpromenade, Altstadt und deutsches Eck gut zu erreichen. Zimmer sehr schön und komfortabel. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf den Rhein und die Festung Ehrenberg. Frühstück reichhaltig, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Fahrradgarage vorhanden. Das Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Check-out noch bis zum späten Nachmittag im verschlossenen Aufbewahrungsraum lassen.

Unique robot assistant which was totally different in a hotel.

Bon hôtel pour un court séjour
Pros:

Check-in rapide. Parking aérien et souterrain à proximité. Hôtel bien situé à 15 minutes à pied du "Deutsche Eck" rte du centre ville.
Réception ouverte 24h/24. Chambre vaste et lumineuse, équipements complets. Literie de bonne qualité et confortable.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner trop cher.
Les chambres ne sont nettoyées que sur demande expresse du client et non systématiquement tous les jours...

Cons:

Klimaanlage in den Zimmern total veraltet und kühlt nicht. Zimmer waren dadurch überhitzt und ein erholsamer Schlaf nicht möglich.
