Considero que o hotel necessita urgentemente de reformas que recuperem áreas que se mostram em situação de deterioração e desgaste, o que resulta em uma experiência ruim para o hóspede. Meu apartamento ficava em um andar com paredes que tinham partes desgastadas, apartamento com bordas de móveis fragmentadas e um aparelho de ar condicionado antigo que não podia ser ligado (em fevereiro!) por causa do barulho.

Voltaria a me hospedar, mas pelo valor pago a limpeza deveria ser melhor

Localização e estacionamento

Cons:

Estava um pouco sujo;
Lençois com cheiro de perfume, como se tivesse sido usado e não foi trocado;
Chão um pouco empoeirado.
Nas dependências, muito lixo na garagem, na porta do elevador… desde que chegamos até o dia seguinte que saimos, o lixo ainda se encontrava lá, com um cheiro ruim muito forte.
Colchão também deixou a desejar.
