Pros:

Gute Lage am Bahnhof, nicht weit zu Fuß in die City. Sehr gut war das Klimagerät bei den heißen Tagen, hat das Zimmer gut gekühlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und hat geschmeckt, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

tolles Hotel, tolles Team aber bei Gepäckaufbewahrung durchaus Luft nach oben

Sehr nettes und Hilfsbereites Personal, das Zimmer war für 1 Nacht mehr als ausreichend, die Nähe zum Bahnhof für uns als D-ticket Inhaber perfekt. Frühstück sah sehr gut aus, wir haben diesmal allerdings die große Bäckerei gegenüber ausprobiert.

Cons:

Gepäckaufbewahrung, gegen Gebühr in Schließfächern die nur mit Smartphone, mittels QR Code über eine Plattform gebucht und dann auch bezahlt werden können. Wo bleibt die Cybersecurity? Alle meine Warnlampen gehen an, betreff Smartphone, QR-Code, Bezahlen mit Smartphone, was passiert mit meinen Daten - Name, Bankverbindung, Paypal. einerseits verlangen die Banken u.a. 2 Faktor Authentifizierung, andererseits soll ich all diese Dinge über einen QR-code (könnte auch ein Aufkleber sein?) in die IT eingeben. Leute gehts noch. Ich wollte es an der Rezeption bar bezahlen, das ging aber nicht, weil die Schließfächer von einem anderen Unternehmen aufgestell sind. Leider konnte ich am Augsburger Bahnhof das Gepäck auch nicht unterbringen, da gibt es zur zeit keine Schließfächer aufgrund von Umbaumaßnahmen.

Sehr zentral, man ist schnell in der Stadt. Die Fahrräder konnten sicher in der Fahrradgarage abgestellt werden, die Karte dafür gab es an der Rezeption.

Excelente ubicación. A 30 metros de la estación de trenes. A 30 metros de un Mc Donalds. A 40 metros de la peatonal comercial

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Ausgangslage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Fahrräder können in der benachbarten Radstation untergestellt werden.
Das Personal ist sehr nett und total bemüht, den Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer, das Frühstück und die Atmosphäre im Hotel waren absolut angenehm. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut.

Es entsprach den Erwartungen.

Cons:

die Lage in der Bahnhofsgegend mag verkehrsgünstig sein, für einen Augsburg-Besuch, um etwas von der Stadt zu sehen, ist die Lage nicht schön und zur Alstadt sind es rd. 20 Gehminuten. Optionales Frühstücksangebot für 17 € o.k. aber nicht überragend (Brötchen wenig gehaltvoll).
