Goede ligging als je dichtbij de luchthaven een hotel zoekt , verwacht geen gezellig , rustig hotel

ligging dichtbij luchthaven en ook bij een strand

Cons:

In het gerenommeerde restaurant Ammos was het enorm druk ,veel lawaai , totaal niet gezellig .
Ook in de ontbijtruimte zeer lawaaierig .
We hadden een mooie , dure kamer besteld met zicht op het stand , echter was er to 1 uur luide muziek .
Er was geen flexibiliteit van het personeel , alhoewel de meeste wel vriendelijk waren .

Amazing, great staff, fab location and good value for money
Pros:

The staff were friendly. Rooms clean and contemporary
Pool area was great and refreshing how family friendly it was too

Cons:

Although the rooms were lovely the windows I believe are only single glazed. This meant that noise from the road etc was quite loud

The design , facilities and service was all the package. I had a delayed flight back to Melbourne until afternoon next day and I wanted to use a beach as well I found this amazing place.

Cons:

The right opposite ! . I loved it

The room was very nice. Well decorated and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice: quieter and clean.

Cons:

The lifts weren’t working properly. We had to try 4 different sets of lifts to get to the lobby. Stairs weren’t visible. Lifts were persistently out of order or slow for our entire stay and we had to use service lifts multiple times. The service at the Sands Bar was very slow, for drinks and food. We couldn’t order drinks from the outdoor pool area. The outdoor pool area was not clean for our entire stay. Even when it opened first thing in the morning. The floors hadn’t been wiped down clean from the day before. Most of the sun lounges were visibly dirty and stained. The noise from the pool party was very prominent in our room.

Cons:

Too crowded by the pool making it impossible to secure a daybed. I wondered if extended family members were entering the facilities. The pool isn’t heated.

The restaurant Ammos is aesthetically pleasing with good food but management needs to manage patrons better and be proactive. We were seated next to a group of approx 8 intoxicated women who were screaming and laughing so loudly that my husband and I were having trouble hearing and enjoying the venue. We were at the 5.45pm sitting with our son and other families nearby.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacey, the breakfast was delicious, the cleaners were lovely

Cons:

There was a pair of socks behind an arm chair so i guess room wasnt cleaned/vavuumed thoroughly
