Relaxing and staff were very obliging and welcoming.
Pros:

Arrived early at around 10am and was so grateful that we were able to go to our room without waiting after a very long flight. view was amazing from 12th floor. Great location from the International airport.

Cons:

overpriced for the amount of noise

one packet of biscuits $469 dollars at least a packet each the car park two transactions 10.00 and 40.00 are you not allowed to leave the premises being clicked on the foot with air hostesses the noise we will find better nd with sailing visits which brought us there we have been staying there for quite a while ruined used to be one of the best, no seafood buffet,

A great place for a staycation for my birthday! Comfy room, nice view, good service.
Pros:

Lovely room, comfy bed. Would have liked a shower cap in the bathroom., nice view - a little noisy due to White Party.
Good service. Enjoyed breakfast. Thanks for room ugrade for my birthday. An enjoyable experience.

Cons:

Would be great to have a warm spa (indoors or outdoors ) that has some kid free time. Fun for a family, but difficult to use for others when lots of kids are in there.

Really enjoyable and relaxing couple of days away.
Pros:

Aesthetically pleasing and easy to get around.
Within walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants if you desire or everything in one place if that is your thing.

Cons:

Where do I begin? Pool is freezing cold. There is a separate heated pool but it is not available to under 18s which meant all families with kids were crammed in a tiny outdoor hot tub.
You have to go into over 18s area to get towels which they insist on signing you in for.
I paid for a full buffet breakfast for me and a child, they would only give us one barista drink either a hot chocolate for her or coffee for me on basis its only one Barnstaple drink for a full buffet. Not sure what that even means when youre paying for a child.
Music went on loudly till late.
We paid over $520 per night plus $45 parking per night. All in all not worth it given other options.
