They were doing jack hammering during the day's for 8 hours per day,l Drove us crazy
The location, facilities and the room..the staff was so sweet
The entire property was so stunning! The food, cocktails, pools, gym and sauna made our stay so memorable. The STAFF there made this place a 10/10! Shout out to Amy and all the staff working at the front desk for going above and beyond for our girls trip! You were all so kind, personable and beyond helpful.
We loved the fittings and bright aesthetic.
Staff were lovely, particularly the staff at the Sands on level 3 at dinner and breakfast.
It wasn’t the responsibility of the hotel. It’s just the loud car activity around the streets. The glass is quite good at filtering most noise but can’t completely block street sounds.

The staff weren't knowledgeable like a 5 star hotel. They didn't know information about the pools/differences between each and who they cater to.
Asked front desk for a spare towel, never came.

Right by the beach, beautifully decorated, accessible to many restaurants.
Stayed for 5 nights and for 3 of those nights we didn’t get our beds made. Complained to the reception and no change was made.
