Pleasant comfortable room that was close to our destination just outside of downtown Raleigh.
Pros:

Clean, quiet room that was nicely decorated with everything we needed. Pleasant staff. Easy parking.

Cons:

Hallway carpet and upholstery on lobby seats could use cleaning.

I was there just for the night and it was

The property was very clean. The front desk was very nice. Breakfast was amazing checkout time was easy and check in as well. Parking was no problem. I had a great time with my boyfriend. I would definitely book again and I recommend.

Near a busy gas station. Room was dirty. Holes in the bathroom door and ceiling. Booked a non smoking more that smelled like smoke. Loud neighbors

Truly the worst hotel experience we’ve had.

Cons:

Sketchy people constantly walking and hanging out in the parking lot. Not a safe area at all. Long black hairs found all in the bed. Walls were filthy! AC and power was not working when it was 90 degrees outside. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel. Hotel staff checking in was not friendly. Was told we could get a refund checking out due to health issues and no ac working, but booking and the property have yet to refund.

Clean room but rude staff, wouldn’t come back. Rather spend more and be treated with respect .

The front staff man, with the long hair. Very rude and unpleasant. Things he runs or owns the entire hotel. He needs to go.

Cons:

Didnt get to have much breakfast even though it was only 8:30 and they closed at 9am. Got woken up from staff banging on the door to tell us someone needed to come in the room to clean the AC....said person never came to clean.

pretty good fore price especially since it was just for a night

easy check in and building is very secure when it comes to not just letting anyone in

Cons:

lots of slamming doors and got woken up by the police knocking at someone else’s door, also after check out i realized i had bedbug bite :/
