Clean, attractive, comfortable
Horrible continental breakfast ..one boxes cerealand slices of white bread ..no toaster, no donuts, croissant. Cream cheese yet no bagels
Hotel policy ..no visitors in room. Ridiculous! It's a hotel not a college dormitory. And not told this at booking but upon arrival. And I had already paid for my stay
Nothing was good , stuff are so disrespectful
People were so disrespectful and low class
Our flight got delayed till the following morning, so in a panic we search the first hotel that had availability. Unfortunately picked this one. Now I understand booking a budget hotel you aren’t getting any frills. However, this place was dirty and not well taken care of. We only had a half a roll of toilet paper and had to ask for another roll in case we needed it. No spare in bathroom. It is independently owned. Giving it 2 stars only because I was thankful I had a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in which actually was comfortable. See pictures of the lobby.
The only thing that was good was the a/c in the hotel.
My hotel room didn’t lock, the staff wasn’t friendly at all, online there said he offered a fitness center but no fitness center so I got ripped off by that. The breakfast was not good at all then they didn’t even want you to take things back to your room. And the property had a lot of homeless people and crack heads literally everywhere and when I looked out my window I see people doing drugs. This was arguably the worst hotel I have ever been to.
Everything
Nothing
Not a good place
Room was clean.
Dirty carpet in hallways, bad neighborhood.
Closest available to Walnut Creek Amphitheater
Front door was locked, had to be let in and talk to staff through glass window, giving the impression it’s not a great area. Hot in elevator and hallways as no AC but rooms have individual units so that was good.
Alls well
Area has a lot of people moving around. Parking lot lit great and security guard working the whole lot so we felt safe coming in at midnight .
The air conditioning was good
The staff were not very friendly when I checked in, they seemed annoyed. The area was not a safe place I was very worried and scared the whole time I barely slept, people were fighting in the hall with someone on the phone, there was gang activity outside which scared me. The toilet wouldn't flush properly, the TV volume didn't work and staff stared at me and profiled me as soon as I walked in.
