Es war sehr schön, komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Die Haltestelle ist gleich in der Nähe und man war dadurch sehr schnell an der Messe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist, dass man gleich "nebenan" einkaufen gehen kann und nicht ewig alles schleppen muss. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvokommend. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem und das Bad sauber.

Cons:

Die Wände waren recht dünn. Sobald sich über uns die Gäste in ihren Zimmern bewegt haben, hat man es gehört. Aber es war dennoch okay.

Nice airport hotel experience
Pros:

Nice airport hotel! We had an early flight from the Dusseldorf airport so we booked this hotel the night before. The checkin staff helpfully noticed that the reservation incorrectly listed 3 adults instead of 2 adults and 1 child so they changed it to benefit the taxes charged on the room. The room itself was nice, with a bed and a sofa bed which was helpfully already pulled out for us. There was a fridge so we purchased a couple of basic food items for that night and the next morning at the grocery store next door. We took a taxi to the city center for dinner and they helped call the taxi. Our room rate came with an airport transfer which was helpful and convenient. We did not use any property amenities. I recommend this hotel!

Pros:

Zimmergröße, okay. Ruhige Lage. Frühstück, umfangreich. 2 Freigetränke auf Zimmer.

Cons:

Klimaanlage auf dem Dach wird über Wand mit einem Brummen übertragen.
Parken kostet 25 € pro Tag, wenig Möglichkeiten im Umkreis ausserhalb zu parken.
Teppich im Speisebereich seit Tagen nicht mehr gereinigt.
Personal eher lustlos, keine Ownership (bsp. Restaurant Milch leer, muss man aktiv auffordern).
Auch sollte der Hinweis vor Buchung gegeben werden, dass die Treppen nur im Notfall zu benutzen ist, man muss immer den Aufzug benutzen. Für Leute, die nicht gerne Aufzug fahren, ist es ein No-Go.
Hotels, selber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Wir mussten erst das Zimmer tauschen, denn nicht alle Zimmer haben eine ebenerdige Dusche. Dann war aber alles super, sogar kostenloses Trinkwasser. Frühstücksbuffet ist inclusive mit sehr guter Auswahl!

Cons:

Die Speisekarte für das Abendessen ist nicht sehr groß. Es gibt zwar von allem was, aber ein wenig mehr Auswahl wäre schön.
