I will be staying with you guys again for my next trip

The room was cleaned but an exterminator should be ordered ASAP.

Was a very nice place with nice people

Short and sweet stay, with friendly staff and clean hotel.
Pros:

Location was conveniently located right off the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was decently stocked, but several items were microwaveable and the only plates/bowls they had were styrofoam and I wasn’t with comfortable microwaving styrofoam.
