Comftable and good location
Pros:

Location … right opposite beach and just behind it are the bars and pubs

Cons:

Well no parking
And being refurbed at min
So everthing up in the air
No singers out front
Noisy of a night when people leaving bars and pubs but that’s not hotels fault ….

Old ship needs a bit of TLC
Pros:

Clean bed. Location relative to the beach and amenities.

Cons:

Floor boards creaking, large cracks in the wall, hinge on wardrobe loose. Tea and coffee supplies in cupboard and not on display in the room. Breakfast cold and overcooked. Long due a refurbishment.

Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. It was a nice and quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable and the view was very nice.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Very noisy, my room was by a corridor door which banged against my wall on and off till 4.15am. And started again at 6.45am. I had a terrible nights sleep.

Won’t return until renovation is over.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

Under renovation so most of it shut. I come here each here for the great atmosphere. Live music, sitting outside the hotel soaking in the sun and music. Having breakfast with a sea view. None of the above this time round.

Pros:

The location is great

Cons:

The fact that rooms smelt- we had 2 rooms and 1 room smelt of human urine- the other room was not the cleanest of rooms- unable to get a coffee in the morning had to walk across the road- I understand this is an old hotel and is due to founder refurbishment but for the amount we paid per room for the night it was not the greatest
