Room wasn’t clean enough. Strange man standing in the hallway for a long period of time.
Breakfast was decent and very good the location is convenient
I didnt like that it was out dated and that they had little baby roaches but other than that everything was pretty good

They have a roach infestation and the roach literally flew out of the ceiling and I could not stay there because they are everywhere. Little critters crawling across the floor.
Didn’t stay - had cockroaches - now fighting to get money back!
Dead and alive coach roaches, and the staff just said, “the rain brought them in!” Gross

Too small the size of the room
I liked the staff everyone was welcoming and helpful. Offered me a better room for my stay. I liked the shower pressure and the air conditioner.
I booked a queen bed walk in shower and the first room i got the bed was dirty hair was all in the blankets. I walked the room and it looked and felt like it wasn’t swept. I then called for a better room and they got me a better one. I walked the room the bathroom had been swept but they left all the trash behind the bathroom door. The shower still had hair on the walls and all 4 corners of the shower. The bed was broken at the end so it made a terrible sound everyone i say on it. The light switches would work but then they wouldn’t a few hours later.

The staff
There were lots of bugs including a sizable cockroach in our room. Breakfast was the worst among all the hotels I’ve stayed.

Yhe rooms are very minimalist.
No plugs near the bed to plug the CPAP or chargers

The elevator didn't work when I stayed there.
