The size of the suite.
Could have better sheets and blanket for the pull out sofa bed. Felt scratchy and old.

Sofa bed in junior suite kinda sucks.
This is the fanciest Four Point I have stayed in Canada so far. It is very spacious and I wonder if the building itself may be another hotel such as an Embassy Suites before.
The restaurant menu is pretty pricey, but the food (for dinner) is decent. The swimming pool is a bit small and out of the way for my comfort. The room is a suite and tastefully decorated, but I did not find any USB port in the bedroom to charge my phone. (Another clue for an old building even though the renovation is well done except the bathroom door frame and towels.)
It was a very snowy day but no underground parking even though the hotel charges $7 parking fee. (I only stayed for one night!) This is a surprise since the location of St Catherines is not like Toronto downtown.
The snow shovel job was well done when I left at 7:30am in the morning for work. It’s a comfortable and relaxing stay nonetheless.
Quiet, location, suites
Walkway from parking lot to hotel entrance was not cleared of snow. Definitely a safety hazard.
The new $7 charge for parking is ridiculous and completely unnecessary. The hotel charges have already increased more than other hotels.
At these prices, breakfast should be included.
