Quiet, location, suites
Walkway from parking lot to hotel entrance was not cleared of snow. Definitely a safety hazard.
The new $7 charge for parking is ridiculous and completely unnecessary. The hotel charges have already increased more than other hotels.
At these prices, breakfast should be included.

Ice machine in the hallway needs upgrade. Too noisy and I could hear it all night from the hotel room
The dog friendly atmosphere was really appreciated. We booked a suite with a king bed and it was very spacious and the perfect for what we were looking for. The hotel lobby was nice and clean, the hotel overall seemed clean/ smelt clean. The room had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, 2 tv’s lots of storage, a pull out couch and a lot of seating which was appreciated.
This is just feedback but the room we were put in was very worn out, there were alot of scratches on the walls, the floor was peeling, no bathroom fan, but it was more aesthetics than cleanliness. Wondering if they put us in an older room bc of our dog? They also put us upstairs on the 3rd floor in a corner room which made it nice and quiet for us but it was a far walk to bring our dog outside to pee. First floor would have made more sense… esp since the hotel was dead and not busy on a monday. We would still recommend this hotel. But just want to be transparent, so that people are not expecting newer high end suites.

Staff was great. Breakfast food was good. Parking convenient but surprised I have to pay for it now. When in the past I never paid for parking on all my trips there.
Bathroom needs more of an update than just tile in the shower. It is a little dated and worn severely. Toilet is very short to the floor. Doesn't even feel like a standard size, let alone a comfort height. Same with the pull out bed. It was acceptable but it is a little worn out. The furniture in the rooms is pretty dated and dark and really add a ordinary feel to the stay. The rest of the hotel look and feel is dated as well.
