Wonderful location with plenty of options nearby for food, fun and rest
Pros:

Great location and nicely appointed rooms.

Cons:

Paid for the ocean front room and balcony which was great, but it was a bit oddly shaped, two people don’t really fit with the door in the way. There was an online check in process that took a bit of time, but even so it was a bit brusque at the front desk…. Ps there was an off putting scent in the air-conditioner.

Příjemný hotel, skvělá lokalita
Pros:

Čistota, skvělý personál na recepci - zejména Heidi a Theresa - vždy s úsměvem a s radou, každý den pokoj krásně uklizený. Půjčení kola bylo na recepci hladké a za 2 hodiny jsme projeli St Monica a Venice beach.

Cons:

Byly jsme na snídani ve vedlejším hotelu Shore, snidane první den byla skvělá, druhý den uz tak ne - capuccino mělo spadlou pěnu, umazaný pošálek, a cena účtovaná vyšší než na lístku. Po dotaz bylo opraveno ale bez omluvy.
Jen poznámka, měly jsme pokoj u ledovače, což bylo v noci rušivé, zvukotěsnost nebyla nejlepší.

Great location
Pros:

The location was great, with lots of nice restaurants at short walking distance, and Santa Monica pier 10 minutes away by walking. Getting to/from the beach wasn’t too easy for us because of the elevation and having to take stairs or ramp and my wife being pregnant, but otherwise location is perfect

Cons:

The bed was good but a bit firm for my preference. It also wasn’t exactly a large king bed, but still a little bigger than a queen size bed.
Also, being on the second floor I could hear a lot of noise coming from the street, the hallway, and the room above.

Perfect location and friendly staff makes for a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was so friendly. When we checked in Heidi immediately noticed my birthday was the next day and arranged for a gift of birthday treats which arrived with a balloon. The room was very comfortable, great for sleeping.

Pros:

We were able to get in a bit early thanks to the staff. The room overlooks the beach and you can't tell there's a highway - all you see is ocean, beach and park. The balcony is delightful.

Cons:

Rooms are pricey, but for a special treat, it can be worth the cost. Parking, however, shouldn't be quite so expensive.
