I liked the location, comfort and breakfast and would definitely stay there on next family visit.
Pros:

I appreciated that I was given a room on the first floor which I requested when I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable. My son and I enjoyed the hot breakfast with many choices in a roomy, sunny breakfast area.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. Convenient free parking.

Cons:

Shampoo and body wash bottles in the bathroom were empty. Breakfast could be better by including cheese etc.

A good stay for just a couple of nights. Ideal for visiting Niagara Falls.
Pros:

The room was fine, clean and warm, which is what we needed in the first place. Breakfast was OK, not a big deal but at least it included scrambled eggs and sausages.

Cons:

The lady in charge of breakfast was kind of rude to our party a couple of times. About 10 minutes before breakfast was over, she started clearing everything away, including the bread we were toasting! Her attitude was very unpleasant!
The next morning, they didn't bring us clean towels; in fact, no one cleaned our room at all! Instead I had to come down to the front desk to ask for three or four clean towels and give them the dirty ones. It wasn't a good accommodation experience at all!

When we travel into the area this is always our go to. Definitely worth the time to check it out.
Pros:

Love the location. A bit out of the central area but close enough that it doesn’t take long to get anywhere you would need.

Cons:

On a personal note, a heavier blanket in the rooms.
