Everything. The customer service was horrible. The room smelt like mold and cigarettes and furniture was worn and torn up. They had a group of people standing by the entrance door smoking cigarettes

The Staff was Awesome, especially the Black guy that work the night shift made me and my son nights very comfortable and the morning shift always greets with a smile I'll Be Back

Super comfy bed, great air con and a lovely continental breakfast.
Everyone very warm and welcoming.
Coffee on hand all day and cleaners do a great job on the rooms and communal areas. It's not 5 star but you get what you pay for. I'd still come back and stay again so it's a 👍 from me.

Cons:

Lack of gym, although advertised on website has gym, there was no gym there 😕
