Pros:

Very safe location with great shuttle service to downtown centre.
Fabulous breakfast buffet
Having a bathtub in the room was a bonus.

Cons:

Beautiful gardens and two pools.
Need to heat at least one of pools.
Well maintained but no one using them.

Very good location (hotel shuttle to Nelson Mandela square, shopping mall, restaurants, ....), good breakfast buffet, kind personnel

it is silent and clean; staff are generally very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

1. Not the 1st time, but always have a feeling the bottle of water per day is not enough.
2. made a mistake at reception level which made me pay for a future room. Although initially upgrades as a compensation, the person should have been more careful before confirming my secretary had not paid the room.. when in fact 1st nigth had been paid.
3. My phone in the room was not working properly, even after maintenance visit to repair.

The rooms were clean and well serviced. Breakfast was well balanced and catered for most people's tests and preferences. The location is excellent and also they provide the shuttle with friendly drivers who run on time and are polite. Its always a pleasure to visit this hotel A home from Home
