It was okay, staff need to improve on handling payments and bookings.
Cons:

Staff, paid via booking.com but when I got there was told the payment was not taken on booking.com, paid again only to realise that payment had actually went through. Now fighting for a refund, its an inconvenience

Cons:

Many of us slept very badly.. you can hear everything from the neighbors. The breakfast was not amazing.And some parts of the hotel have a weird layout.

Really, the confort depends on the room. I changed rooms in the last day and the experience was very good in the new room..

beautiful hotel, centrally located in town, great restaurants on premises and in walking distance

the rooms with balcony are spacious -including the bathroom. the staff are responsive and quick to help you. throughout the morning and afternoon, they provide complimentary still and sparkling water. the breakfast options are diverse and everything i had tasted good. central location in town and quiet after hours
