Everything was good, except for a bad experience with the front desk staff and her supervisor

Have been there many times and always felt like home arriving to the property and knowing every part of it. Like the setup of it, has a bit of tradition with comfort

Perfect location. Great accommodation for the family.

Cons:

Front desk personnel and breakfast staff extremely classist especially to black patrons. Pity as we are also black; gets worse when they realise you are from another country. Exact opposite treatment of other colour patrons. Sad and embarrassing behavior. The breakfast staff were the worst; the guy making eggs made such a fuss with my 14 year old’s order but jumped so quick for a different colour person. Then they just were unhelpful and rude, impolite. Taking time to clean up tables; give cuttlery. The Bull run staff were great; the porter also great!

It was a good stay. The payment issue messed uo my mood for the stay.

Cons:

Booked via booking.com and laid via the platform. When we got to the hotel they told us that booking.com has not remitted payment so we had to pay again. We paid and upon follow up the hotel then said they have a double payment. Its a nightmare now to get the refund.

It was okay, staff need to improve on handling payments and bookings.
Cons:

Staff, paid via booking.com but when I got there was told the payment was not taken on booking.com, paid again only to realise that payment had actually went through. Now fighting for a refund, its an inconvenience
