Welcoming staff but bad room.
Pros:

Cons:

Avoid room 105
Extremely noisy as jump castle outside and people going up and downstairs and to the parking garage at night.
No privacy had to keep the curtains closed
Aircon had a loose bearing do very noisy

Beautiful Sunrise views, refreshing stay, amazing hotel !
Pros:

I loved the fact that they were family friendly, they provided a baby cot and a feeding chair during breakfast. The staff were so kind and friendly, they even gave us weetbix for the baby from the back. A continental breakfast was amazing, very versatile with many healthy options. The room had an amazing view of the ocean, it was very magical.

Cons:

There is no elavator/lift, which can be tricky if you are carrying bulky things.

Perfect hotel treat for the children and time as a family
Pros:

Very spacious family room! Very convenient with family room close to the pool and other amenities for children to enjoy. The jumping castle was a bonus. Felt safe and other worldly.

Cons:

Service was a bit slow when ordering at the pool. Seemed to have been misunderstandings when staff change shifts at the bar.

50/50 It was not the most pleasant stay I have had, neither was it the most unpleasant.
Pros:

The room that I eventually was given after I pointed out that I had booked and paid for a 'sea-facing' room and not room 321 street facing was quite nice. The in-room dinner of Chef's salad with beef sirloin strips was very nice .

Cons:

1. I had to ask for a salad dressing which had been 'forgotten' according to the waitron
2. Breakfast was unpleasant as none of the staff were forthcoming regarding the set-up, especially for me coming there for the first time. It was only when I was going to help myself make tea that a waitress came to my assistance. When I ordered scrambled eggs, my order was taken reluctantly and I then had to ask if I had to wait for the eggs as the kitchen staff were not forthcoming with anything.
