Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and neat accommodation, spacious room. Beautiful magnificent view and sunrise over the ocean. Location was central and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Siwa, fantastic service.

Cons:

Noisy guests below us. Slow response to our request to ask them to be quiet by night staff - took two phone calls and a visit to reception with a video of the noisy people for a response.

Pros:

Love the staff. They were always friendly, and helped us whenever we needed. As a family with two little ones, traveling isn’t easy but the staff assisted us and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. the location is lovely for families. Indoor activities and outdoor activities for the kids. close to a few shops and restaurants.

Cons:

the rooms came with very few amenities. Basic things like toothbrush and toothpaste had to be bought from the hotel. i think that should be included in the rooms cost.

It was a nice surprise and would recommend a short stay at the hotel. Not much to see and do.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and meet our expectations. Beds were comfortable too.
Breakfast and dinner was very good.

Cons:

The shower in room 207. I am too tall for a the shower over the bath.

My stay was perfect.
Pros:

Dinner, I enjoyed the vegetarian option

Cons:

It was great, however vegetarian options were not enough. And also my friend does not eat pork but for breakfast there were only pork sausages and no chicken or beef option.
