Very spacious family room! Very convenient with family room close to the pool and other amenities for children to enjoy. The jumping castle was a bonus. Felt safe and other worldly.
Service was a bit slow when ordering at the pool. Seemed to have been misunderstandings when staff change shifts at the bar.

The room that I eventually was given after I pointed out that I had booked and paid for a 'sea-facing' room and not room 321 street facing was quite nice. The in-room dinner of Chef's salad with beef sirloin strips was very nice .
1. I had to ask for a salad dressing which had been 'forgotten' according to the waitron
2. Breakfast was unpleasant as none of the staff were forthcoming regarding the set-up, especially for me coming there for the first time. It was only when I was going to help myself make tea that a waitress came to my assistance. When I ordered scrambled eggs, my order was taken reluctantly and I then had to ask if I had to wait for the eggs as the kitchen staff were not forthcoming with anything.

The Staff
The hotel was perfect! The food, the people, the fact that my kids could just run around and swim was perfect for us.
Well, Soldanha it self. Just stay at the hotel. lol!
The sea views
The bath they should have shower it’s more smarter
Bland, no variety and very oily. Muffins were too sweet and not fluffy. The staff is very pleasant though and I loved your interns especially Retlhogonolofaditswe Venter
I had mash potatoes and oxtail on Monday 02 February, the oxtail was very bland and tough. It wasn't worth the money that I paid. I should have complained.....

the location was very relaxing
Our bathroom was very unpleasant. The extractor fan did not work causing the bathroom to fill with moisture and be wet after each family member had a bath. As the bathroom has no windows and extractor fan, toilet odours filled the room which was very unpleasant. The hall and garden door had to be open, even at night. This made us feel uneasy especially having kids sleeping. We reported it upon arrival. I spoke to the manager on duty before my check-out to express my dissapointment. She was to get back to me via email. I have not recieved any communication since.
Breakfast was sufficiently comprehensive.
Our room was very spacious. Big enough for two double beds, a big desk and a small table with two chairs.

Noisy neighbours late night, but sorted out quickly by security, rooms at swimming pool maybe not a good idea if you wish to take a nap, can get very noisy, but not excessive.
