The view from my room it was very good.

Van die intrap by die hotel tot die uit'check' was maklik en vriendelik. Die 'speelkamer' vir die kinders is ook heel veilig. Ons 3 en 4 jarige het dit vreeslik geniet. EN DIE ONTBYT - - HEERLIK!!
As one can expect for a 3 star hotel there is usually not much one can expect. We certainly liked the view and the staff seems nice.
It was dirty around the edges inside the room. There was a really cold draft coming through the hotel front door and the sliding door. We had to place towels by the entrances to avoid everyone getting sick.
Friendly staff, clean and neat accommodation, spacious room. Beautiful magnificent view and sunrise over the ocean. Location was central and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Siwa, fantastic service.
Noisy guests below us. Slow response to our request to ask them to be quiet by night staff - took two phone calls and a visit to reception with a video of the noisy people for a response.

Love the staff. They were always friendly, and helped us whenever we needed. As a family with two little ones, traveling isn’t easy but the staff assisted us and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. the location is lovely for families. Indoor activities and outdoor activities for the kids. close to a few shops and restaurants.
the rooms came with very few amenities. Basic things like toothbrush and toothpaste had to be bought from the hotel. i think that should be included in the rooms cost.
