The staff were cordial and attentive. Esthetically, the property was pleasing but needs TLC.
Given 4 key cards at check in as per the staff “just in case” since the locks “don’t always properly work”. And they were right! We ended up with 6 key cards at the end and would have to use 2-3 different ones, trying several times for 1 to operate and open the door. Additionally, this was after a long day at work just to find out there was no hot water.
Breakfast, side of room and friendliness of staff
Neighboring family was loud and rude and let their kids run around touching peoples cars and causing disturbance.
The weekend breakfast was one of the best I have experienced from a hotel.. the staff was very nice and the area was quiet
I would recommend having coffee makers in the suits

The bed kept coming apart. Toilet wobbled when you sat in it.

Pool was green, cloudy, and yucky🤮😡! (We did not get to win at all ornise he hot tub!) We were told we would have a private entrance to pool and hot tub from our room(we did not get that, it was a regular access door to pool! 😡😡😡)
None of the wall sockets worked but 2!
There was no phone in the room, no hair dryer, and no iron.
The room did not have coffee pots at all.
No lighting in the room, and the lamp that did work had 5% light exposure!
Beds did not have lamps on them like the pictures showed 😡!
We were not informed of breakfast hours.
They gave us a handicap 2 bed room(neither one of us are handicap.) We originally booked a king size deluxe room.
Website said we'd get an inner court view (it was the parking lot😡!)
Very deceiving and very disappointed 😞😞😞😞😞. This was our anniversary weekend and we planned and were very excited to stay in a nice hotel and have the all what the pictures showed(candles, champagne, and nice set up!) We paid almost $300 and got nothing as expected! I would like to be compensated for the stay and I highly recommend not staying there!!!!!! I am really really disappointed😡😞😡!

Small parking lot and not a lot of light in the room
It was a nightmare. The most hood place we’ve ever been. We should have known by the name of the street. There are way too many things to list that were wrong with this place starting with. The toilet that was sideways because the door would hit it when we opened it the hole above the bathtub the stained bath mat in the floor. The room was not at all what we were supposed to be getting. They were selling drugs in the parking lot. What appeared to be prostitutes. I don’t know how the person who got these pictures managed to do it. They deserve an award, amazing photography. This place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures online. We went and got another room for the weekend and we ate the ridiculous amount of money we spent on that trash. Weekend was saved. We got an amazing spot and tried desperately to salvage our weekend. Turn away do not do it.
EVERYTHING, it was a nightmare. Trashiest place we’ve ever stayed. We left and got somewhere else and I ate the price. I would never put my family in a place so drug infested, disgusting and dirty ever. Huge disappointment. Everything about the pictures online is a lie. However, I applaud the photographer at his amazing job of making this place look habitable
Great experience highly recommend staying here friendly staff and rooms are very spacious would definitely stay here again.

The key card stop working when you out it close to you phone
The staff was super friendly and very helpful! We booked super last minute in the evening and they waiting a little longer for us to be able to check in late. The room was super spacious, felt like a studio apartment almost. Also, love the little kitties around the property! They are so cute and friendly.
Needs more or better surfaces in the room. I had to rearrange a bit to fit needs.
