Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Und keine Sichere Gegend. Würde man mich fragen ob ich dort noch einmal hin möchte
Pros:

Die sichere Abstellmöglichkeit meines e-bikes in der Lobby. Denn draußen hätte ich mein Fahrrad nie alleine stehen lassen.

Cons:

Zimmer Service für die alltägliche Reinigung war nicht vorhanden . Das Frühstück war dem Preis absolut nicht wert.

Pros:

Receptionist was aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer was wat oud maar het bed en de badkamer waren prima in orde.

Cons:

Zoals gezegd: de receptionist was aardig en behulpzaam. We mochten de racefiets binnen bij de receptie zetten. Toen we vertelden dat we die liever mee naar de kamer namen, was dat oke. Eenmaal met de fiets in de lift sommeerde een andere medewerker op onvriendelijke wijze dat dat absoluut niet mocht. Tot grote ontevredenheid van ons. Met name de manier waarop dit gecommuniceerd werd. Daarom een 6.
Het was net na een hittegolf periode, de hitte hing nog in de kamer, gelukkig kon het raam goed open. Er stond een oude ventilator. Bij warme nachten zal dat onvoldoende zijn.

Unpleasant, unexpected for Leonardo Hotel! I wish i knew so i would not spend those money there.
Pros:

Well, nothing, sorry. Actually, they were kind to let me put the bicycle near the stairs, but i have seen a lot of bicycles there so that was nice as i felt it was safe.

Cons:

I was used with the Leonardo hotel in Papendrecht and i booked directly seeing its a 4 star hotel. I was expecting to see the same top level as the one from Papendrecht, but boy i was so disappointed. So, no AC in the room, there was a fan to supplement i think but you cannot sleep with that noise. About the noise, has a room that shared a door or something to a different room. I could not sleep due to the noise. Had to start the fan, at least had some hot air blown on me. No fridge in the room to have a cold beverage. For the breakfast, went there, no food left except some eggs and 3 slices of cheese. Took those and some small croissant with a coffee that i cannot name it coffee. Same with the orange juice. It taste more as water that a juice. And on top of that its was a hole in the ceiling with a leakage near few tables. This was my experience that i wish i did not had. 4 star hotel! I would never recommend this hotel. And it was 150€ for 1 person. I was traveling alone with a bicycle.
