Pros:

the location was nice, there was a club and comedy show adjoined to hotel

Cons:

false advertising. I only went there for the hot tube and pool and neither of them was working

Pros:

It was a very nice location. The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful.

Cons:

We didnt get our room cleaned or clean towels. Had to ask for them and toilet paper.

Pros:

The convenience of the location and the blackout curtains were top notch.

Cons:

The first room they gave me was dirty and had a very bad smell the tub was rusty it was food in the refrigerator and the toilet paper rolls were used.

Good for a 1 night stay
Pros:

The location was good. The hotel room itself was fine for a 1 night stay. The breakfast was very good and appreciated. Check-in/ check-out process was fairly easy.

Cons:

My kids were looking forward to the pool but unfortunately it was under maintenance.

Pros:

The front desk clerk who checked us in was fantastic She helped us get a better rate to include parking while on our cruise. Our main comp!aint was being told to be in the lobby at 9:45 am the morning we were to take shuttle to port. The actual time to check out and meet in lobby was 11:45 am. We had checked out of rooms and sat in lobby 2 hours! Very uncomfortable.. We were told by two front desk clerks to meet at 9:45 am. Finally the clerk on duty that morning admitted we had been given wrong information.
