Cons:

Indoor pool wasn’t heated. Pool didn’t have towels and it was closed early. I asked 3x for a late check out. I was only granted 1300, website said 1500. And the maid still came at 1000.

Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only complaint we had was that one of us was going to sleep on the couch in the living room area of the suite so that no one had to share a bed, however it was hot in there. The air conditioning did not reach from the bedroom area to the living room area.

Very nice day would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Very clean. Very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to Jiffy Lube live. Good breakfast.

My family and I had a great time and I’ve already booked another stay and mary should not be allowed to work around peop

The breakfast was great!

Cons:

I felt like the lady Mary (who was at the front desk) was a bit ignorant to my husband and kids. I get my kids were running but she didn’t have to speak to them the way she did. She also seemed like she didn’t like people of color because she was extremely short with my husband and his brother, but when I went up to ask her something her attitude was completely different towards me.

clean rooms, super nice staff, great breakfast nice hot tub, Ice cold pool

Cons:

the pool was freezing cold. Im not sure if there was a communication issue, but the pool was ice cold. It was a hot day, and should felt warmer. The worker said they try to keep it cooler in summer time, but i ask about a heater and he said no heater. so not sure how they manage to keep it cooler? ice? but very unpleasent in cold water.

Very spacious. Clean and friendly staff. Close to restaurants and attractions.

Cons:

Very loud. Kids running up and down the hallways after quite hour knocking on peoples doors. People above loud at all hours of the night.

Convenient, comfy and great value
Pros:

Convenient to where we needed to go, clean, great staff, comfy bed, and fantastic breakfast.

Cons:

The water pressure on the third floor was really low. The sink and shower were a steady drip at best so it made showering a challenge:(
